摘要： It is an object to provide a method for forming a thin film having a uniform thickness so as to follow asperities of a surface of a wafer to be processed and to provide a film-forming device used for the method. The film-forming device includes a treatment chamber for receiving a wafer and isolating the wafer from the air; a solvent-gas-supplying portion for supplying a solvent gas into the treatment chamber; a chuck for rotatably holding the wafer so that the downward-facing surface of the substrate is the surface on which a thin film is formed; a coating-solution-supplying portion for supplying a coating solution as a mist of charged particles toward the surface of the wafer; and a charging portion for charging the wafer with an electrical potential opposite to the charge of the particles.

摘要： A control channel junction line system for use with a digital switching network wherein a talking channel used in a control channel is used in a high efficiency is disclosed. Each exchange of the system includes a digital junction line trunk, a low rate information multiplexing trunk, a low rate control channel processing section and a multiplexing/demultiplexing section. When the low rate information multiplexing trunk is connected to a channel on which the control channel is to be carried, one of the circuits corresponding to a time slot used for control channel information is disabled. Upon transmission, the control channel information from the low rate control channel processing section and information from the low rate information multiplexing trunk are multiplexed with each other by and sent out from the multiplexing/demultiplexing section. Upon reception, the control channel information and the information the low rate information multiplexing trunk are demultiplexed by the multiplexed/demultiplexing section. The control channel information is processed by the low rate control channel processing section while the information to the low rate information multiplexing trunk is inputted to the low rate information multiplexing trunk.

摘要： An extension agent system of an ISDN electronic exchange having a switching network to which interfaces grouped into groups are connected, wherein extension agent numbers are respectively assigned to the groups of the interfaces and each interface includes a plurality of channels, has a management unit which manages first information indicating, for each interface, the number of channels being used and second information indicating, for each interface, the number of available channels. The management unit includes a table which stores third information indicating, for each of the groups of the interfaces, a sequence of the interfaces to be accessed such that one of the interfaces receives a call having the extension agent number. The system also has a control unit which selects one of the interfaces for receiving a call having the extension agent number on the basis of the first information, the second information and the third information.

摘要： A method of an automatic adjustment of a carrier level is used for a system having a center device, a communication line extending from the center device, and at least one communication-terminal device connected to the communication line. The system conducts two-way communication of data signals on the communication line based on a predetermined multiplexing scheme. The method includes the steps of periodically transmitting a carrier-level-measurement message from the center device to the communication line for each high-frequency channel used for the two-way communication, the carrier-level-measurement message being sent via a first channel different from channels used for communication and control, transmitting a reply message in response to the carrier-level-measurement message from a communication-terminal device to the center device via a second channel different from the channels used for communication and control, transmitting a carrier-level-adjustment message from the center device to the communication line via the first channel, the carrier-level-adjustment message containing level-adjustment information based on a carrier level of the reply message received by the center device, and adjusting a carrier level of the communication-terminal device based on the level-adjustment information of the carrier-level-adjustment message received by the communication-terminal device.

The control part includes a first detection part for detecting a request-to-use information which is received from a source terminal and requests use of the multiplexer, a second detection part for detecting an identification number to which the multiplexer is coupled via the line when the first detection part detects the request-to-use information, and a connection part for detecting a destination identification number of the destination terminal which is received from the source terminal following the request-to-use information and for controlling the channel switch to couple the source terminal to the multiplexer when the destination identification number matches the identification number detected by the second detection part, thereby coupling the source terminal to the destination terminal via the line.
