    摘要: A torsional damper pulley improved in general versatility, easily produced and capable of reduction in production cost. The torsional damper pulley is constructed of a hub 11 fixed at a revolving shaft of an internal combustion engine, an annular pulley body 10 coaxially placed at an annular fixing portion 11b at an outer circumference of the hub, and an elastic solid 13 interposed between an outer circumferential surface of an annular fixing portion and an inner circumferential surface of the pulley body. The pulley body 10 is constructed of an annular frame 12 substantially U-shaped in section, having an concave portion 15 open at one side in an axial direction, and an inertia mass element 14 inserted into the concave portion 15 in an axial direction and fixed. The inertia mass element is a laminate made by overlaying annular plates 14a on each other and bonding them, and the inertia mass element is fixed by being press-fitted into the concave portion.

The digital operation unit of each display driver has a signal determination unit for determining whether or not a destination of an input signal is a display driver which is currently receiving the input signal, based on an ID signal contained in the input signal. The display driver fetches a display data signal contained in the input signal if the signal determination unit determines that the destination of the input signal is the display driver concerned.

Data for narrowing down a motion vector search range in a P-picture can be obtained at the same time.

    摘要: An integrated control system for both an electronically-controlled engine and a steplessly variable automatic transmission, comprises a speed-change ratio arithmetic processing section for calculating the speed-change ratio as a ratio of the transmission input speed to the transmission output speed, a target driving torque arithmetic processing section for retrieving a target driving torque, based on both the accelerator operating amount and the vehicle speed, from a first predetermined characteristic map, and a target speed-change ratio arithmetic processing section for retrieving a target speed-change ratio, based on both the accelerator operating amount and the vehicle speed, from a second predetermined characteristic map. Also provided is a target engine output torque arithmetic processing section for calculating a target engine output torque, based on all of the target driving torque, the speed-change ratio, and a speed ratio of the transmission input speed to the engine speed. Depending on the engine speed and the target engine output torque, the throttle opening and the transmission input speed are both feedback-controlled.

    摘要: A clean transfer method and an apparatus therefor capable of receiving, storing and transferring a transferred object by means of a vacuum clean box while eliminating arrangement of any vacuum evacuation means and transfer means in the vacuum clean box, as well as facilitating connection of the vacuum clean box to various processing units. The vacuum clean box is free of any vacuum evacuation means and transfer means and is provided with a first opening selectively closed with a first shutter and kept airtight when the first opening is closed with the first shutter. The vacuum clean box is airtightly connected to a sputter unit which is provided with a second opening selectively closed with a second shutter, when the first and second openings are closed with the first and second shutters, respectively, resulting in forming a closed space therebetween through which the first and second shutters are opposite to each other. Then, the first and second openings are released from the first and second shutters to permit the vacuum clean box and sputter unit to communicate with each other.

    摘要: A clean transfer method and an apparatus therefor capable of facilitating storage and transfer of transferred objects by a vacuum clean box and realizing transfer of the objects to various processing units other than a vacuum unit. A vacuum clean box and a clean unit are airtightly connected to each other. The vacuum clean box includes a first shutter acting also as a lid and arranged so as to airtightly close a first opening of the box. The clean unit is provided with a second opening selectively closed by a second shutter. Airtight connection between the vacuum clean box and the clean unit is carried out while keeping the first and second openings closed by the first and second shutters, respectively, to thereby form a closed space therebetween which the first and second shutters face. Then, the closed space is evacuated to a vacuum, followed by opening of only the first shutter. Subsequently, a clean atmosphere which is substantially identical with a clean atmosphere in the clean unit is formed in the closed space and the second shutter is opened to introduce the first and second shutters into the clean unit.
