摘要： In a scroll compressor configured to be capable of three-dimensional compression in a circumferential direction and a height direction of spiral wraps, in which top surfaces and bottom surfaces of spiral wraps (25B and 27B) are provided with step portions (25E and 27E) and the wrap height on the outer peripheral side of the step portion is made higher than the wrap height on the inner peripheral side, back-pressure introducing portions (55 and 57) where gaps between the back surfaces at step-portion ends of tip seals and groove bottom surfaces of tip seal grooves are made larger than a gap at the other portion are formed between the step-portion ends of tip seals (51 and 53) provided on top surfaces (25G and 27G) on the outer peripheral side of the spiral wraps and tip seal grooves (25L and 27L) to which the tip seals are fitted.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a scroll compressor capable of three-dimensional compression, which can prevent performance deterioration and performance variation due to gas leakage occurring on an outer peripheral side of a step portion of a spiral wrap and can achieve performance stabilization and performance improvement. 摘要： There is provided a scroll compressor in which reliability and durability is increased by preventing peeling of a coating layer applied to a thrust plate, to maintain a desired level of lubrication for a long period of time. The scroll compressor has a thrust plate, a coating which is applied to a surface of the thrust plate, a housing having a thrust bearing face to which the thrust plate is attached, an orbiting scroll member having a slide face which is supported by the thrust plate and which orbits while sliding, and a peeling prevention part which reduces a sliding pressure acting on an edge portion of the thrust plate from the slide face.

In a scroll compressor where a scroll compression mechanism 23 is housed within a housing 3 having a funnel shaped, a compression mechanism main body of the scroll compression mechanism 23 is arranged in a wide opening section of a front housing 5, and a compression mechanism driving section is arranged in a narrow section, a concave section 51 is formed on the outside of a thrust receiving surface 5B which is positioned on a bottom surface of the wide opening section and which supports the compression mechanism.

摘要： In a horizontal scroll compressor, a compressor structure and an electric motor, both disposed in a hermetic housing, are coupled with each other through a rotating shaft extending substantially horizontally. Lubricating oil accumulated in the bottom of the hermetic housing is supplied to a thrust face of a supporting frame of the compressor structure. To spread enough lubricating oil over the thrust face and prevent seizure and scoring of the thrust face, the lubricating oil is accumulated in a central concave part of the frame, and oil paths are provided to lead the lubricating oil to the upper part of the thrust face of the frame and to discharge excess lubricating oil from the lower part of the thrust face.

摘要： A radio receiver for data communication of the type handing digital signals has a radio frequency (RF) section for receiving an RF signal having a predetermined frequency band from an electromagnetic wave which comes in through an antenna. A first frequency converting section converts the RF signal received by the RF section to a first intermediate frequency (IF) signal. A first IF filter filters the first IF signal and is implemented by a surface acoustic wave filter. A second frequency converting section converts the output signal of the first IF filter to a second IF signal. A data amplifying section picks up the above-mentioned frequency band from the output of the second frequency converting section and amplifies the resultant, picked-up band. A detector detects the output of the data amplifying section. An equalizer corrects a deviation of group delay time with each of respective frequencies of the output of the detector.

摘要： A fuel injection system in which a fuel injector having a fuel pressure control chamber formed therein to create a pressure which forces a needle valve in the closing direction to open and close the nozzle hole, an accumulator to retain fuel discharged from the nozzle hole, and a fuel injector provided at each of the cylinders of the engine, are connected to the fuel injection pump by a single piping system without utilizing a special distribution mechanism. The volume of the fuel pressure control chamber in the fuel injector can be changed by a piezo-actuator. A check valve is provided at a half way point of the piping which leads the fuel fed under pressure from the fuel injection pump to the fuel injector into the fuel pressure control chamber and the accumulator, so that the fuel is fed through the check valve into the fuel pressure control chamber and the accumulator.

The piezoelectric actuator operates a piston, which changes the volume of a pump chamber formed between the piston and a nozzle needle. The nozzle needle moves up and down in response to a pressure in the pump chamber to open and close a port for injecting fuel. The piston is pressed toward the pump chamber by a fluidic force or a spring force and so on.

摘要： A scroll compressor that suffers no decrease in compression performance due to leakage resulting from a twisting assembly error is provided. This scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll, each including a spiral wrap protruding from an end plate and having the same tooth thickness (Tr) and the same base-circle radius (b) defining an involute surface. The fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll are offset from each other by an orbiting radius (ρ) and mesh such that the respective wraps face each other with a phase shift of 180°. The orbiting scroll revolves/orbits along a circular orbit with the orbiting radius (ρ) to compress a gas while a rotation-preventing mechanism prevents rotation of the orbiting scroll.
