摘要： An apparatus on a carding machine for processing textile fibres, with a cylinder, has, in the preliminary carding zone, after carding zone and/or underneath carding zone, covering elements which lie opposite the cylinder clothing. A fixed carding element is associated with at least one cover element. The spacing of the cylinder clothing from the clothing of the fixed carding element is smaller than the spacing from the cover element. In order to reduce nep formation, to allow improved carding work and to give a better carding result, between at least one clothing strip of the fixed carding element and a cover element arranged upstream and/or downstream thereof, there is arranged an air guide element the spacing of which with respect to the cylinder clothing gradually decreases or increases.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a bio-functionalized stimulus-responsive dissolvable PEG-hydrogel. This inventive stimulus-responsive dissolvable PEG-hydrogel comprises a matrix of PEG-polymers, which are modified to contain at least one multifunctional fusion protein, the multifunctional fusion protein preferably comprising as components a substrate binding peptide (SBP), preferably a repetitive RGD-binding peptide and/or a ZZ-binding domain, preferably a tag for purification, and at least one N- and/or C-terminal linker. The present invention is furthermore directed to the use of such inventive stimulus-responsive dissolvable PEG-hydrogels in the treatment of lesions, in surgical dressings, for wound treating, for soft and hard tissue regeneration, for the treatment of wounds in the oral cavity, in the field of ophthalmology, in the field of periodontal defects, etc. The invention also describes a method of treatment for such diseases. Additionally, the present invention provides a kit comprising the inventive stimulus-responsive dissolvable PEG-hydrogel and optionally further components.

摘要： The invention relates to microcapsules consisting of a polymer degradable by a polypeptide comprising a drug or other compound of interest and a genetically engineered cell expressing said polypeptide in response to a triggering compound, and to methods of directed release of the compound of interest. The preferred polymer is optionally modified cellulose sulfate/poly-diallyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride. Such microcapsules are non-toxic, do not elicit an immunological response and have an extended half-life time in mammals. The expression system for cellulase is, for example, based on TET and doxycycline, or E.REX and erythromycin. In another example, expression of cellulase is triggered by luteinizing hormone, which can be used for artificial insemination with microcapsules carrying sperm.
