摘要: A blasting machining apparatus for blasting a workpiece by using fine abrasive particles. The blasting machining apparatus includes a first arm for supplying the workpiece onto a table provided in a blasting chamber and discharging the workpiece after being blasted out of the blasting chamber and a second arm for supplying the workpiece after being blasted and discharged out of the blasting chamber into a washing unit and discharging the work after being washed out of the washing unit. The first arm and the second arm are independent of each other. Accordingly, after washing the workpiece, washer liquid attached to the second arm does not fall into the blasting chamber, thereby ensuring stable blasting of the workpiece in the blasting chamber.

摘要: The forming machine includes a load station adjacent one end, an unload station adjacent the other end and a first work station, turnaround station and second work station spaced longitudinally in succession between the load and unload stations along a workpart flow path. Each work station includes a rotatable spindle fixed in position on one side of the flow path and a tailstock with a workpart support slidable toward the spindle transversely of the flow path. An overhead transfer mechanism is slidable along the flow path and carries multiple workpart transfer members such as grippers to transfer workparts successively from one station to the other along the flow path. First and second pairs of forming tools are spaced longitudinally to cooperate with the first and second work stations and are slidable longitudinally and simultaneously in engagement with first and second workparts rotatably and transversely supported at the respective work stations between the respective spindle and tailstock. The turnaround station is operable to permit opposite ends of a workpart such as a solid shaft to be formed by the forming tools.

摘要: The present invention relates to a carrier apparatus for clamping a work by a two-dimensional rectangular motion of a pair of feed bars to automatically carry the work linearly. The carrier apparatus has at least three cams for feed and clamp rotated by an input shaft. Each of the rotational motions of these cams is transmitted to a pair of bars in parallel through the paired turrets and paired motion conversion mechanisms in the form of rectangular motions. These rectangular motions in the both feed bars are applied to the clamping motion and the feed motion for carrying the work.
