摘要: A semiconductor memory device includes a plurality of banks, each of which is constituted of a plurality of memory cell arrays that are aligned in series in the longitudinal direction, wherein each memory cell array includes a plurality of memory cells, and wherein memory cell arrays of banks are collectively aggregated into a plurality of blocks, each of which includes memory cell arrays aligned in the perpendicular direction, in connection with a plurality of DQ pads. DQ pads are arranged in proximity to blocks. Substantially the same distance is set between memory cells and DQ pads so as to reduce dispersions in access times with respect to all DQ pads, thus achieving high-speed access in the semiconductor memory device. The wiring region of IO lines is reduced in the center area of the chip.

摘要: A memory system of a high-speed operation can be realized by reducing an influence of reflection signals etc. caused by branching and impedance mismatching in various wirings between a memory controller and a memory module, and an influence due to transmission delays of data, command/address, and clocks in the memory module. To this end, a memory system comprises a memory controller and a memory module mounted with DRAMs. A buffer is mounted on the memory module. The buffer and the memory controller are connected to each other via data wiring, command/address wiring, and clock wiring. The DRAMs and the buffer on the memory module are connected to each other via internal data wiring, internal command/address wiring, and internal cock wiring. The data wiring, the command/address wiring, and the clock wiring may be connected to buffers of other memory modules in cascade. Between the DRAMs and the buffer on the memory module, high-speed data transmission is implemented using data phase signals synchronous with clocks.

摘要: The present invention correctly decodes data encoded with a variable-length encoding method that improves the compression ratio. The variable-length encoding method encodes a unit data composed of a plurality of sub-data while referencing a parameter table, and includes: an initialization step in which the parameter table is set to initial values; a parameter table information encoding step in which information related to the initialized parameter table is encoded; a parameter obtaining step in which encoding parameters to be used in the encoding of sub-data are obtained from the parameter table; a sub-data encoding step in which variable-length encoding of the sub-data is performed with reference to the obtained encoding parameters; and an encoded information placement step in which the encoded information is placed in a position in which the information can be obtained before the encoded unit data.

摘要: The present invention provides a media data display device, a media data display method and a media data display program for displaying, on a display screen, multimedia data made up of a plurality of media including moving images in a variety of display methods. The media data display device (85) is a media data display device for displaying, on a display screen, multimedia data made up of a plurality of media including moving images, and is provided with a scaling determining portion (87), a scaling portion (89) and a display portion (19). The scaling determining portion (87) determines whether to display the moving images after changing their image size or to display the moving images without changing their image size. The scaling portion (89) and the display portion (19) are means for displaying the multimedia data, and display the moving images after switching whether to perform scaling or not based on a determination result from the scaling determining portion (87).

摘要: A data transmission apparatus for relaying data transmitted from the transmitting end in units of packets, each packet having additional information relating to its sequence number, priority and data reproduction time, comprises: a receiving unit for receiving packets transmitted from the transmitting end; a priority decision unit for deciding the priority of each of the received packets; a retransmission packet storage unit for storing packets the priorities of which are equal to or higher than a predetermined value, as retransmission packets, on the basis of the priority of each packet decided by the priority decision unit; a retransmission instruction receiving unit for receiving a retransmission request from a terminal at the receiving end; a retransmission decision unit for deciding whether retransmission of the packet for which the retransmission request has been made should be performed or not, on the basis of the retransmission request and the storage status of the retransmission packets in the retransmission packet storage unit a transmission queue management unit for setting the transmission order of the received packets and the packets which have been decided as packets to be retransmitted, on the basis of additional information which is given to each packet; and a transmission unit for transmitting the data of these packets in the transmission order set by the management unit. Therefore, the transmission quality in a radio section in real-time transmission is improved and, further, the number of retransmission times is reduced.
