    摘要： There is provided by the invention a retardation film stably exhibiting excellent optical properties over a long period of time. The retardation film of the invention is a retardation film comprising (A) a cycloolefin resin and (B) inorganic particles which have a longer diameter and a shorter diameter and exhibit shape anisotropy, a refractive index of which in the longer diameter direction is larger than an average refractive index of which in the direction crossing the longer diameter direction at right angles and which exhibit birefringence, wherein the inorganic particles (B) are orientated and the retardation film has a difference in refractive index between the film plane direction and the film thickness direction.

An antireflective multilayer body (16) which successively includes, on a substrate layer (12), a high-refractive-index film (10) which is formed by curing this curing composition and has a refractive index of 1.60 or more and a low-refractive-index film (14) having a lower refractive index than that thereof exhibits excellent antireflection effect in the field in which an antireflection film is used.

    摘要： A rotational speed detector for an internal combustion engine comprises a waveform processor for eliminating pulses generated within a predetermined period of time after a certain pulse appears and a measuring circuit for measuring a rotational speed based on outputs from the waveform processor. The waveform processor of the rotational speed detector thus eliminates the effects of such an unexpected pulse generated, for example, by the vibration of the ignition coil for the engine. Consequently, the measuring means detects the rotational speed accurately without measuring the unexpected pulse.
