摘要： An arrangement for facilitating the mounting of printing plates on a plate cylinder of an offset printing machine. Two arms are mounted atop the machine at the opposite lateral sides thereof and have free ends provided with hooks. A rail is suspended from these hooks and carries quick-coupling devices which engage the trailing edge of a printing plate to be mounted. The hooks are suspended on ropes which are wound upon rollers mounted on the free ends of the arms; turning of the rollers in a sense causing unwinding of the ropes is resisted by torque springs or similar devices; this resistance can be varied to compensate for printing plates of different weights. Thus, the weight of the printing plate cannot cause the ropes to unwind; however, when the leading edge of the printing plate is connected to the plate cylinder and the cylinder is slowly rotated to take the plate up on it, the pull exerted by the cylinder causes unwinding of the ropes.

These barrels are serially interconnected to from a cylinder which contains a screw for kneading a mixture of the resin and the polymer. The kneaded mixture is extruded as a strand.

The drive pivots the fixing bar with the tape end from the preparation station to the connection station at which the starting end of the material tape of the supplement roll is connected to the material tape of the un-winding roll.

The feed roll is rotationally supported at both sides in two levers which are pivotably arranged in the frame of the machine. A force acting on the axis of the feed roll and proportional to a web tension is measured by a measure value-receiver which detects a path of movement of a translating lever rigidly connected to at least one of the pivotable levers.

摘要： A densitometric head for measuring ink density of prints in a running printing machine includes a light source for transmitting light on the measured surfaces and sensors for receiving the remitted light. To simplify the construction and eliminate heat effects of the light source, the latter is arranged in one focal point of an elliptic reflector whereas the measured surfaces are situated in or close to the other focal point where an image light source is formed from the light reflected in the reflector. A heat protective filter is arranged between the two focal points to eliminate heat effects on the sensor.

摘要： In a control system for a plurality of ink zone adjusters in a printing machine each adjuster is connected via a main control circuit and a first bidirectional address and data bus to an input and output unit where the measured data are stored on specific addresses to be retrieved for later use. An additional storage control circuit is connected to the first bidirectional data bus to provide an intermediate storage of the measured or retrieved data. The addtional storage control circuit includes an addressing circuit controlled by a program control circuit to apply addresses pertaining to individual printing units to corresponding storing circuits. These corresponding storing circuits are connected through the first bidirectional data bus via a processing circuit including a switching device controlled by the program control circuit to connect the additional storing circuits either directly, or via an adder or via a coder, so as to compensate for play in the mechanical components of the adjusters or to separate coarse and fine adjustment in the ink zones.A recording-reading storing device is provided in the input and output unit, which is connected to a double four-contact switch interconnected between the main control circuit and the circuits connected to the position sensors and the setting motors of the respective ink zone adjusters. All the adjustment steps can be simulated on the recording-reading storing device and the ink zones can be adjusted without interferring with the printing process.

摘要： A continuous wire feed arrangement for feeding wire to a stapling apparatus or the like comprises two nozzles respectively located along paths along which wires may be fed to a device for cutting and transmitting cut wire portions to the stapling apparatus. The wire feed is carried out at any time only to one of the nozzles. Each of the wires is withdrawn over a guide roll and a wire feed device from a wire reel. The respective fed wire closes thereby over the guide roll an electric circuit. When this circuit is interrupted due to running out of wire on one of the wire reels, or due to interruption of the feed of the one wire, the transport of the other wire is automatically initiated. The changeover of the wire transport from one to the other wire reel is carried out by electromechanical elements. In this way a continuous uninterrupted wire supply to the cutting and transmitting device is assured.
