摘要: A humidification system for delivering humidified gases to a user can include a heater base, humidification chamber having an inlet, outlet, and associated fluid conduit, and breathing circuit including a supply conduit, inspiratory conduit, and optional expiratory conduit. The humidification system can include various features to help make set-up less difficult and time-consuming. For example, the supply conduit, inspiratory conduit, and optional expiratory conduit can be coupled into a one-piece circuit to aid set-up. Various components can be color-coded and can have corresponding structures to indicate which components should be connected to one another during set-up. Such features can also help make the set-up process more intuitive for an operator, which can reduce the need for specialized training and reduce the number of potential errors.

摘要: A patient interface for sealed delivery of a flow of air to ameliorate sleep disordered breathing may include: a seal-forming structure to form a pneumatic seal with the entrance to the patient's airways; a positioning and stabilising structure to maintain the seal-forming structure in sealing contact with an area surrounding the entrance to the patient's airways; a plenum chamber pressurised at a pressure above ambient pressure in use; a connection port for the delivery of the flow of breathable gas into the patient interface; and a device positioned within a breathing chamber defined, at least in part, by the seal-forming structure and the plenum chamber, wherein the device divides the breathing chamber into a posterior chamber and an anterior chamber, and wherein the device comprises a plurality of apertures such that turbulence of the air in the posterior chamber is less than turbulence in the air in the anterior chamber.

摘要: A collapsible humidifier reservoir assembly is configured to humidify a flow of pressurized respiratory gas. The humidifier reservoir assembly includes a bottom portion comprising a heat conducting base plate and a top portion that is releasably secured to the bottom portion. A seal is sandwiched between the top and bottom portions. An air inlet is configured to receive the flow of pressurized respiratory gas, and an air outlet is configured to discharge the flow of pressurized respiratory gas from the humidifier reservoir assembly. The bottom and top portions are formed from a flexible material, and the humidifier reservoir is configured to expand upon being filled with fluid.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of determining water level in a humidifier chamber that is part of a humidified gases delivery apparatus and system. The method comprising the steps of delivering power to a heater plate, varying the power delivered to the heater plate, measuring the rate of change of temperature and determining the level of water based on the heating characteristics of the volume of water within the chamber, in particular determining the level of water within the chamber based on the rate of change of temperature and the supplied power.

摘要: A humidification system can include a heater base, a humidification chamber, and a breathing circuit. A cartridge can be removably coupled to the heater base. The cartridge can include various sensors, probes, sensor wire connectors, heater wire connectors, and/or other features. The cartridge can include features configured to mate with corresponding features on the humidification chamber and the heater base. The cartridge includes a memory, such as an EEPROM, or other suitable storage device. When the cartridge is installed on the heater base, the memory is electrically connected to a processor and/or memory of the heater base. Various models of cartridges can be produced for use with different humidification chambers, breathing circuits, and/or therapies. A connector can be configured to couple an inspiratory conduit to an outlet port of the humidification chamber. The connector can provide a pneumatic connection to the outlet port and an electrical connection to the cartridge.

The processor is configured to enter a sleep mode when the vaporizer is connected to the body and the device is inactive for an inactive time. Furthermore, the processor is configured to leave the sleep mode and enter a usable mode when the vaporizer is disconnected from the body then reconnected to the body.

摘要: An anesthesia machine, an anesthetic output concentration monitoring method, system, a device, and a storage medium are disclosed. The method includes respectively monitoring a flow of a fresh gas flowing into a breathing circuit and a flow of an inhaled gas of an anesthetized object. The method further includes when the inhaled gas flow is greater than a fresh gas flow, respectively monitoring a concentration of anesthetic in the inhaled gas and an exhaled gas of the anesthetized object. The method also includes using the exhaled gas anesthetic concentration and a concentration of carbon dioxide in the exhaled gas to calculate a concentration of anesthetic in a gas, reflowing into an inspiratory branch, in the exhaled gas, thereby obtaining a re-inhaled gas anesthetic concentration. The method additionally includes using the fresh gas flow, the inhaled gas flow, the inhaled gas anesthetic concentration, and the re-inhaled gas anesthetic concentration to calculate a concentration of output anesthetic of an anesthetic output device, thereby obtaining an anesthetic output concentration.
