The baffle unit introduces a baffle fluid within the interior of the device, the baffle fluid transporting formed droplets of the feed fluid from the atomization device. Excess or misguides atomized fluid droplets are collected by the baffle unit and are recycled back into the device for use in later atomization processes. The variation of atomization device parameters allows for the selection of droplets having desired physical parameters.

The nozzle assembly also includes a particle supply member in communication with the inner passage. The particle supply member supplies the particles to flow and accelerate through the inner passage and out of the nozzle via the nozzle exit toward the substrate to be coated thereon. Furthermore, the nozzle assembly includes a laser that emits a laser beam that is transmitted through the inner passage. The laser heats at least one of the particles and the substrate to promote coating of the substrate with the particles.

The defined leachate or wastewater is directed to an “Integrated Mobile Aerosolization System (IMAS)” having a turbine and being fully integrated and mobile. Thereafter, the mixture is directed from the IMAS and the contaminants aerially disseminated and disposed of over a defined and designated area on the site where the defined leachate or wastewater is created.

The sealant injector for molding a display frame is provided for extruding the sealant out of the cavity, the large impurity particles could be insulated from the filtrating holes for preventing the mixing particles or the air bubble forcing out from the spray nozzle. The extrusion sealant could be more uniform. The sealant could be coated on the base board with the filtering and forcing. Accordingly, it would increase the continuation, the stability, the strength and the tenacity of the sealant and then improve the rate of good products. On the process of filtering and extruding together, it could reduce the molding time and improve the manufacture efficiency. The present invention also provides a method for injection molding a display frame using the sealant injector.

An injection cooler for cooling hot steam in a pipeline has an injecting device that has multiple injection nozzles. The cooler includes a regulating body connected to a coolant supply. The regulating body is equipped with a valve arrangement to regulate coolant feed to the injection nozzles. Coolant feed lines are provided between the injecting device and the regulating body with a separate coolant feed line being provided for each injection nozzle. Ends of the coolant feed lines of the injecting device are secured to a first flange plate which can be secured to a surface on the injecting device. Ends of the coolant feed lines associated with the regulating body are secured to a second flange plate which is secured to a receiving surface of the regulating body. The injecting device has a tubular mixing portion with a de Laval nozzle-type longitudinal section along a longitudinal axis.
