    摘要： A balanced stencil foil tensioning frame with a foil alignment fixture removes the need for the complex air/bladder arrangement of conventional systems by pivoting side members to engage foil. With less components, the tensioning frame system is reliable and light weight with few moving parts. In one embodiment, a base member can receive a stencil foil and a frame top can lock into the base member, depressing the edges of the stencil foil. The amount of provided depression can adjust the tension of the foil. In another embodiment, a plurality of tension segments can move in a linear direction to create a uniform foil tension. The alignment fixture can be wall mounted to hold foil in a vertical position. This allows for consistent alignment and attachment of foil to the tensioning frame.

A substrate support movement assembly includes a first movement mechanism configured to move the substrate support in a first direction, a second movement mechanism configured to move the substrate support in a second direction, the second direction being generally perpendicular to the first direction, and a third movement mechanism, spaced from a first movement mechanism, configured to move the substrate in the first direction. The stencil printer further includes a controller coupled to the substrate support movement assembly to move the substrate support by the first, second and third movement mechanisms in an x-direction, a y-direction and a rotational direction to align the substrate.

    摘要： An apparatus and method for depositing material on a surface of an electronic substrate includes a frame, a substrate support coupled to the frame to support the electronic substrate, a stencil coupled to the frame having at least one aperture to receive a material to be deposited through the aperture onto the surface of the electronic substrate, a controller that controls dispensing of material on the substrates, and a vibration system, coupled to one of the stencil, the frame and the substrate support, and coupled to the controller, that introduces a vibration to the stencil, wherein the vibration has a frequency controlled by the controller based on characteristics of at least one of the material, the stencil and the electronic substrate. Release of material from the apertures is accomplished while the vibration is applied to the stencil.
