摘要： Apparatus for the intermediate storage of two band-like weft materials (1, 21) for a weaving machine (3), with two storage containers (7, 27) in which respectively a U-shaped loop (12, 22) of a weft material (1, 21) can be formed. Machine elements (14, 34) for the application of tensile forces (15, 35) onto the weft material (1, 21) in the inner space (9, 29) of the respective storage container (7, 27) are present. The inner spaces (9, 29) of the two storage containers (7, 27) respectively orient one of their two narrow sides (10, 30) toward one another. Deflection elements (16, 36) are respectively arranged on the storage container (7, 27) in such a manner so that the respective weft material (1, 21) can be supplied to the inner space (9, 29) in a region (17, 37) that lies closer to that one of the two narrow sides (11, 31) of this inner space (9, 29), which is not oriented toward the inner space (9, 29) of the respective other storage container (7, 27).

摘要： A method of weaving including warp and weft being supplied in the form of tapes, and not yarns. The method preferably carried out in vertical format and includes feeding positively flat tensionless warp for shedding and taking-up; selecting, feeding positively and inserting weft tapes of different widths and thickness by gripping in its fore end in flat condition; depositing inserted weft at fabric-fell in a flat condition without beating-up; and taking-up the woven material that includes either the same or different widths of flat wefts. The warps and wefts, preferably of partially stabilized type of fibrous tapes, can be overfed in a tensionless, positive and controlled manner when required to make the fibres of constituent fibrous tapes occur non-linearly in the form of wave/texture during weaving. Extra warps and wefts can be also fed in tandem whereby the warps and wefts become composed of two or more unconnected, mutually slipping, flat tapes in a stacked arrangement. These doubled warps and wefts function effectively as a unit warp and weft during weaving and in the fabric. The method also allows for the production of other materials such as those with slant weft tapes in relation to warp, having a shape within the body of the fabric and warp and weft tapes of shaped edges. A variety of fibrous and non-fibrous materials are equally well processed.

摘要： A method of producing a reinforcing fiber woven fabric, for producing on a weaving machine a reinforcing fiber woven fabric from wefts of reinforcing fiber yarns and warps of reinforcing fiber yarns, the method comprising providing, on a weft supply passage for supplying a weft from a weft bobbin to the weaving machine, a weft unwinding means for laterally unwinding weft from the weft bobbin, and a weft storing cylinder body for sucking along with air, part of weft thus unwound and directed toward the weaving machine and temporarily storing it therein, contactingly supporting weft, minimized in generation of twist by means of lateral unwinding, by a weft contacting means provided in the weft storing cylinder body while being stored in the weft storing cylinder, and preventing the generation of twist of weft being stored by the supporting; a production device therefore, and a reinforcing fiber woven fabric produced therefrom.
