Abstract:
The present invention refers to a thermal panel of thermal foam, characterized in that said thermal panel includes three isolating layers, in which the first layer, is an aluminized layer or film which serves as a film reflecting to temperature; the s second layer, is a corrugated plastic sheet that serves as a temperature diffuser; and the third layer is an isolating foam plate, which serves to isolate any change of temperature in the environment.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a glass for freezers and refrigerators and a glass article formed of the glass, and its technical problem to be solved is to secure a sufficient thermal insulating ability, reduce the cost, prevents dew condensation without consuming extra power energy as well as secure desired transparency. In the glass for freezers and refrigerators, a tin oxide film and a silicon oxide film are laminated on a surface of the glass substrate in this order, and a tin oxide film with fluorine added (low-radiation layer) is formed on the silicon oxide film. The glass is installed in a freezer or refrigerator such that a surface of the glass formed with the low-radiation layer faces onto the inside of the freezer or refrigerator. A glass article in which is used one or more sheets of the above glass, such as a multi-layered glass, with improved thermal insulation can be obtained.
Abstract:
The composite wall element of this invention comprises an insulating wall element arranged within or inserted into an outer, pressure resistant, preferably load bearing wall element which completely encloses the former. Within the inner insulating wall element and/or the cavity within the outer wall element a substantially dry gas atmosphere and preferably air atmosphere is established and maintained under sub-atmospheric, atmospheric, or superatmospheric pressure. Such novel composite wall elements are superior in their thermal and/or acoustic insulation properties to heretofore known structural elements.
Abstract:
Provided is a vacuum adiabatic body. To reduce a heat transfer amount between two plates, the vacuum adiabatic body includes: a conductive resistance sheet connecting plate members to each other, an exhaust port through which a gas of a third space is exhausted, and a sealing frame covering a conductive resistance sheet. A virtual line connecting both end portions of the conductive resistance sheet to each other is installed to be obliquely inclined when at least one extension direction of a first plate member or a second plate member is viewed in a horizontal direction.
Abstract:
There is disclosed a refrigerator including a vacuum space formed between an outer case and an inner case to improve an insulation function thereof, which includes an inner case that defines an exterior appearance of a storage space, an outer case spaced apart a predetermined distance from the inner case, a vacuum space provided between the inner case and the outer case, with being maintained vacuum, to insulate the inner case from the outer case, a plurality of spacers for supporting the inner case and the outer case space that are spaced apart from each other, and a radiation blocking film provided in the vacuum space, spaced apart from the inner case and the outer case.

Abstract:
An appliance includes an outer shell and an inner shell, wherein the outer shell and the inner shell are engaged to define an insulating cavity therebetween, and wherein the inner shell includes an inner surface that defines an interior cavity. An insulation member includes a plurality of layers, each layer of the plurality of layers including an insulative sheet defining first and second surfaces and a plurality of microspheres at least partially disposed within the insulative sheet, wherein at least a portion of the plurality of microspheres extends outward from each of the first and second surfaces to define a plurality of protrusions, and wherein the engagement of two adjacent layers of the plurality of layers causes a portion of the plurality of protrusions to engage and define a plurality of insulating air pockets between the adjacent layers.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an insulated container, particularly a cooler bag, for the refrigerated transportation of foods, substances and/or articles, having a jacket surrounding a transportation space or area and a closable opening is provided in the jacket for accessing the transportation space. According to the invention the insulated container is characterized in that in the transportation space is received an active cooling device with a heat exchange device, that in the jacket there is at least one recess and that the recess is constructed for receiving and passing to the outside the heat exchange device.
Abstract:
A cooler with a chamber and a cavity in its lid, into which cavity a block of dry ice is inserted. Heat transfers from the chamber through a heat transfer element connecting the chamber to the cavity. The rate of this heat transfer is regulated by covering or uncovering the heat transfer element on the chamber side.
