Abstract:
One aspect is a medical electrode system including a conduction coil and a stimulation electrode. The stimulation electrode encompasses a base body having a top area and an end area. The system is characterized in that the conduction coil encompasses a connection element. The connection element is thermally shrink-fitted onto the end area.
Abstract:
The invention concerns an electrical plug connector with an insulating contact carrier that contains a number of electrical contacts in the form of contact pins or contact sockets that are arranged parallel to each other, and which can be inserted axially into a plug connector housing, with the contacts being accessible from the front side of the contact carrier, and with the contacts having connecting elements on a rear side of the contact carrier for a connection with electrical power supply lines. The invention proposes to divide the plug connector housing in the insertion direction into a front and a rear housing section that are connected to a hinge joint by means of a swivel axle that is oriented orthogonally to the insertion direction. In a straightened operating position of the plug connector housing, the axially inserted contact carrier that at least partially engages the two housing section and is in lateral contact with said housing sections at least is some sections reliably prevents the swiveling of the housing sections and therefore the opening of the plug connector housing.
Abstract:
An electric appliance has a first terminal and a second terminal electrically connected to the first terminal. The first terminal has a soldering portion for soldering the second terminal thereon. The soldering portion has a smooth face and a rough face disposed on one imaginary plane. The rough face has a flat portion and a plurality of concavities disposed on the flat portion at intervals. Further, the soldering portion may have a through hole adjacent to the rough face to insert the second terminal. The first terminal is embedded in an insulator. The insulator has an opening exposing the soldering portion therein. The insulator includes a frame forming a housing of an electric appliance. A seal seals a connection gap at a margin of the frame in the housing. A partition wall may be disposed between the soldering portion and the seal.
Abstract:
A holder-side connecting portion 10c provided on a brush holder 10 and a connector-side connecting portion 16b provided on a connector portion 16 are electrically and mechanically connected with each other. The holder-side connecting portion 10c and the connector-side connecting portion 16b are clamped between a yoke housing 4 and a gear housing 21. For this reason, the connecting portions 10c and 16b for connecting the brush holder 10 and the connector portion 16 are prevented from being externally exposed. As a result, the insulation of the connecting portions 10c and 16b can be secured without complicating the construction of the connecting portions 10c and 16b by applying a special seal or the like to the connecting portions 10c and 16b.
Abstract:
A method for attaching an electric conductor to an electrically conductive terminal. The electric conductor comprises a wire and a cladding surrounding the wire. The wire has an exposed end portion extending from an end of the cladding. The method comprises placing a sleeve over the electric conductor. The sleeve is of an electrically insulative material. The method further includes positioning the exposed end portion of the wire adjacent the terminal, securing the exposed end portion of the wire to a first portion of the terminal in a manner so that the exposed end portion of the wire is mechanically secured to and electrically coupled to the terminal, moving the sleeve along the electric conductor to a position in which a portion of the sleeve is adjacent the terminal, and securing the sleeve to a second portion of the terminal in a manner so that the sleeve is mechanically secured to the terminal.

Abstract:
A current leadthrough particularly for a refrigerator comprises an insulator with a plurality of electrically conductive spaced apart pins extending through the insulator. The insulator includes a disc-shaped base portion with a plurality of nub portions corresponding to the member of pins, the pins extending through the nub portions. The nub portions extending upwardly from the base portion and the base portion comprise a material having temperature stability which is insensitive to chemicals and has some elasticity.
Abstract:
A motor-driven compressor includes a plurality of motor wires and an insulating terminal container. The motor wires include portions covered with an insulating tube and distal ends at which a connection terminal is provided. The terminal container includes a cluster block and a terminal holder. The cluster block accommodates the connection terminal and has an opening. The terminal holder holds the connection terminal and has a lid that closes the opening. The cluster block includes a base portion. The lid has a cutout that receives the tube. The lid is in contact with the base portion such that a part of a hole defined by the cutout is closed by the base portion.
Abstract:
An electric motor that can facilitate a process of manufacturing the electric motor. The electric motor includes a substrate mounted with an electronic component, a first connector provided on a stator, the first connector configured to receive a power signal input to a coil and a communication signal with the electronic component, and a wiring structure communicably connecting the electronic component and the first connector. The wiring structure has a second connector mounted on the substrate, and a third connector fixed to the stator, the third connector configured to be connected to the second connector and configured to attach the substrate to the stator by an operation of moving the substrate toward the stator.
Abstract:
A motor-driven compressor and a housing for the motor-driven compressor are provided. A power line connector and a communication line connector are arranged on an external surface of a housing. A first terminal of an interlocking communication line is located in the power line connector. A second terminal of the interlocking communication line is located in the communication line connector. The interlocking communication line is routed on the external surface from the first terminal to the second terminal.
