    摘要: A flat plate connector including a glass substrate, a conductive silver printing, an adhesion material for electrical connection, an insulated film, a conductive metal strip, and an additional adhesion tape. The flat connector having a dedicated cut-out, where the flat connector before mechanical and electrical bounding with the adhesion material can be fixed with a tape which, depending on its type, can also enhance pull-off resistance and ageing tests. The area is then defined as the surface where the connector adheres to the glass, including the different adhesion materials. The dedicated cut is made in the flat connector to generate a symmetric tensile stress on this adhesion area when the connector is submitted to a pull-off tensile force, the symmetry axis being defined by this pull force axis.

The outward projecting portion (24) includes a first projecting portion (26) projecting in a first direction and a second projecting portion (27) extending from the first projecting portion (26) in a second direction closer to a direction parallel to the surface of the terminal holding portion (32) than the first direction. An outer surface of the second projecting portion (27) has a conductor connection surface (27a) connectable to the conductor extending in the second direction.

    摘要: In a method for attaching a connector to a coaxial cable a solder perform is placed upon an end of an outer conductor of the cable. A connector body of the connector is seated upon an interface pedestal and the end of the outer conductor is inserted into a bore of the connector body against the interface pedestal. The outer conductor, the connector body and the interface pedestal contribute sidewalls to form a solder cavity, and the solder perform is heated. A seat may be applied to the interface pedestal to provide a thermal barrier and/or enhanced seal characteristics that are cost efficiently replaceable upon degradation.

The connection terminal core includes a connection terminal portion, a terminal core body, and a lead material. When heat is applied from the outside to the terminal core body in a state in which a cable-side connection wire is inserted into a cable-side connection wire fitting hole, the heat transferred through the terminal core body melts the lead member introduced into the cable-side connection wire fitting hole, and the terminal core body and the cable-side connection wire can be bonded to each other as the lead material is melted and then is solidified again. A faulty connection is prevented, and a neat external appearance is obtained after connection.
