摘要: Some embodiments provide a method for modifying an SD-WAN (software-defined wide-area network). The method collects, from a set of managed forwarding elements (MFEs), multiple metrics associated with multiple data message flows sent between the set of MFEs. The method analyzes the collected multiple metrics to group the data message flows according to multiple types and to identify a ranking of the multiple groups of data message flows according to traffic throughput. The method uses the ranking to identify a set of one or more groups of data message flows. The method modifies the SD-WAN to improve forwarding through the SD-WAN for the identified set of one or more groups of data message flows.

摘要: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for determining data routing in an electronic environment. The method includes receiving a resource data packet to be transmitted. The resource data packet is associated with a first data center. The method also includes generating a resource data identifier associated with the resource data packet. The resource data identifier indicates the first data center. The method further includes receiving a potential transmission request associated with the resource data packet. The potential transmission request includes at least one of an originating data center or a destination data center of a potential transmission. The method still further includes determining a potential transmission status action based on the resource data identifier and the potential transmission request. The potential transmission is caused to be executed in an instance in which the first data center corresponds to the originating data center or the destination data center.

摘要: Methods and systems for determining traffic information for devices along one or more routes are described. A content server may send a message to a plurality of devices along a route. The message may comprise an indication requesting each of the devices to send, to the content server, status information regarding the respective device. Intermediary devices may receive the message, respond with the requested information, and forward the message through the route. The message may comprise a stateless messaging protocol message such as an ICMP or UDP packet.

摘要: A method including measuring, by a first device in communication with a second device in a mesh network, a communication condition associated with communicating meshnet data via a meshnet connection between the first device and the second device; determining, based at least in part on measuring the communication condition, that the first device is to serve as an initiating device for optimizing the meshnet connection; and transmitting, by the first device to the second device, coordination information indicating initiation of optimizing the meshnet connection based at least in part on determining that the first device is to serve as the initiating device. Various other aspects are contemplated.

摘要: A method is disclosed for autonomously discovering and utilizing low-latency routing paths in a distributed data routing network. The method includes automatically measuring one-way latencies between a plurality of nodes, and automatically calculating relay health scores of potential relayed data routing paths in the distributed network. A relayed data routing path is automatically selected based on the one-way latencies and relay health scores of potential relayed data routing paths. A relay health score for a potential relayed data routing path is based on uptimes of the potential relay node, or bandwidths, jitters, data package losses, or amount of data routed through the routing segments in the potential relayed data routing path. The selected relayed routing path has a routing health score that meets a pre-determined criterion. The selected relayed data routing path has a total one-way latency smaller than a one-way latency associated with in a direct path.

摘要: A method used by an egress router is disclosed. The egress router obtains a capacity index of an application server attached to the egress router. The egress router further obtains a load index describing a load measurement between the egress router and the application server during a certain time period. The egress router encodes the capacity index and the load index into a packet. The egress router transmits the packet to one or more routers in an Internet protocol (IP) network.

摘要: A method for determining an optimal laying arrangement of a new infrastructure link for connection from a new site to an existing infrastructure network includes modeling a terrain of a region around and at the new site and the existing infrastructure network near the new site; modeling each factor affecting the laying arrangement as a respective cost function; applying a respective weighting to each of the cost function to determine a life-cycle cost function; and determining, based on the determined life-cycle cost function, an optimized laying arrangement with minimal life-cycle cost from the new site to a connection point in the existing infrastructure network.

摘要: A distributed storage system for allowing an access to a plurality of cloud storage systems is provided. The system includes a plurality of cloud storage systems (CSSs); and a plurality of computing devices, wherein the plurality of computing devices are in close proximity to each other and are geographically remote from each of the plurality of CSSs, wherein each computing device is configured to: dynamically select a best route between a CSS of the plurality of CSSs and the computing device; and establish, based on the selected best route, a data flow between the CSS and the computing device wherein the data flow is established to allow at least a storage service related to the CSS.
