    摘要: Various vehicle systems capable of different operation modes are disclosed. According to one example, the system can include at least one input shaft, at least one output shaft, a plurality of hydraulic devices, and one or more accessories. The plurality of hydraulic devices can be configured to be operable as vane pumps in a retracted vane mode of operation and can be configured to be operable as a hydraulic couplings to couple the at least one input shaft with the at least one output shaft in a vane extended mode of operation. The plurality of hydraulic devices can be simultaneously operable as the hydraulic couplings and the vane pumps. The one or more accessories can be in fluid communication with the plurality of hydraulic devices and can be configured to receive a hydraulic fluid pumped from one or more the plurality of hydraulic devices when operating as the vane pumps.

    摘要: A dual drive driveline for a vehicle has a power source, a hydrostatic pump drivingly engaged with the power source, a first axle, a second axle, and a first hydrostatic unit in fluid communication with the hydrostatic pump. The first hydrostatic unit is drivingly engaged or selectively drivingly engaged with the first axle, and the first hydrostatic unit is not drivingly engageable with the second axle. A second hydrostatic unit in fluid communication with the hydrostatic pump, the second hydrostatic unit being drivingly engaged or selectively drivingly engaged with the second axle, and the second hydrostatic unit not being drivingly engageable with the first axle. A control unit is adapted to control a hydraulic displacement of at least one of the hydrostatic pump, the first hydrostatic unit and the second hydrostatic unit.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a hydro-mechanical transmission having two rotating groups that mount on a common shaft. At least one of the rotating groups operates as a variable displacement pump or motor. At least one of the rotating groups interacts with a torque transfer unit rotatable about the shaft axis relative to both the shaft and the rotating group. The torque transfer unit includes a valve plate, a swash plate and a torque output section that all rotate in unison with one another about the shaft axis relative to the shaft and the rotating group. The valve plate includes an inlet passage for inletting hydraulic fluid to the rotating group and an outlet passage for outletting hydraulic fluid from the rotating group.

    摘要: Method for engaging and disengaging a hydraulic motor which is adjustable in its displacement from and to a hydrostatic drive train of a hydromechanical transmission with a closed hydraulic fluid circuit. Two adjustable hydraulic motors and a hydraulic pump are arranged in parallel in the hydrostatic drive train and connected to a mechanical drive on the output side. At least one of the two hydraulic motors is connected to the mechanical drive via an assigned clutch. As appropriate to the driving situation, during operation of the other hydraulic motor and the hydraulic pump at least one of the hydraulic motors is engaged via the assigned clutch with the hydromechanical transmission from which the hydraulic motor was previously disengaged, likewise as appropriate to the driving situation. Before closing the clutch, the hydraulic motor to be engaged is accelerated load-free by deflecting its adjustment device in such a way that the rotational speed of an assigned clutch input shaft of the clutch is at least equal to the rotational speed of the clutch output shaft of the clutch which is connected to the mechanical gear. When the clutch is closed, both hydraulic motors act on a common output shaft of the mechanical gear.
