    摘要: There are provided: an HST hydraulic circuit that is formed through a closed circuit connection of a variable displacement hydraulic pump 2 and first and second variable displacement hydraulic motors 3 and 4; a charge pump 6 that replenishes the HST hydraulic circuit with hydraulic oil; a cooling circuit through which an excess of the hydraulic oil that has been replenished from the charge pump 6 to the HST hydraulic circuit is returned to a reservoir through the hydraulic pump 2, the first hydraulic motor 3, and the second hydraulic motor 4; a hydraulic source 7 that supplies hydraulic oil to an hydraulic device other than the first and second hydraulic motors; and a merge circuit through which a portion of hydraulic oil from the hydraulic source 7 is merged into an intermediate oil line 22 that lies downstream of the first hydraulic motor 3 and upstream of the second hydraulic motor 4 in the cooling circuit.

    摘要: A hydraulic system operably coupled to a vehicle, the vehicle having at least one PTO drive and having a hydraulic system for, in part, cooling hydraulic fluid, includes a closed hydraulic circuit having at least a first and a second hydraulic loop, a pump being a component of each of the at least a first and a second hydraulic loops, the pump being operably, rotatably coupled to the PTO drive, the first hydraulic loop having a feed line fluidly coupled to the vehicle hydraulic system and to the pump and a return line in fluid communication with the pump and operably, fluidly coupled to the vehicle hydraulic system; and the second hydraulic loop having a pressure line fluidly coupled to a output of the pump and a return line fluidly coupled to a pump return inlet, the second hydraulic loop being fluidly couplable to an implement for providing hydraulic power thereto. A method of forming the hydraulic system is included.

    摘要: A travel motor hydraulic control system for a construction machine having a plurality of hydraulic pumps which supply individually pressurized fluid for a plurality of hydraulic travel motors and a plurality of flow control valves which control the flow rate of the pressurized fluid to be supplied to the motor during an ordinary work. A controller receives a control signal representative of a travel control lever stroke sensed by a position sensor and a control signal detected by a pressure sensor, determines if the vehicle is traveling up a slope, and transmits a command signal to a solenoid operated valve to move a pilot operated shut off valve toward a valve-closing position, thereby the travel hydraulic motors are individually supplied the pressurized fluid from the hydraulic pumps.

    摘要: A hydraulic drive system for a construction machine comprising a prime mover (1), a hydraulic pump (2) of variable displacement type driven by the prime mover, at least one hydraulic actuator (6) driven by a hydraulic fluid delivered from the hydraulic pump, control valves connected between the hydraulic pump and the actuator for controlling a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the actuator dependent on the operation amount of control apparatus, pump control apparatus for controlling a displacement volume of the hydraulic pump dependent on the operation amount of the control apparatus such that the delivery rate of the hydraulic pump is increased with an increase in the operation amount, and prime mover control apparatus (29) for controlling a revolution speed of the prime mover. The prime mover control apparatus (29) has a function (33, 36) to monitor saturation of the delivery rate of the hydraulic pump (2), and to raise up the revolution speed of the prime mover (1) to prevent the pump from the saturation when the hydraulic pump reaches a predetermined state concerned with the saturation.
