    Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and apparatus for a key system module which enables a presentable key system on devices provisioned with softphone and embedded voice applications. A method includes provisioning a key system module for operation with the softphone to enable the key system, establishing, by the softphone application using a service provider Internet Protocol (IP) telephony server, a non-shared line association with the key system, establishing, by the softphone application using the service provider IP telephony server, associations with key lines in the key system, receiving, from the service provider IP telephony server, key line statuses, generating, by the key system module, a key line user interface based on at least the statuses of the key lines, and presenting, by the softphone application and the key system module on a device associated with the softphone client, the key line user interface with the key lines in the key system.

    Abstract: Methods are provided for providing a unified communication history of a multi-modal communication. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a plurality of event logs related to the multi-modal communication. The multi-modal communication comprises a first communication modality and a second communication modality. The method includes aggregating the one or more events from the event logs as a plurality of aggregated events and resolving an identity of each user from among the plurality of users in the plurality of aggregated events. The method includes storing the aggregated events into a communication history of the multi-modal communication. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

    Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for delivering a multimedia communication to a thin client device are provided. A processor receives multimedia communication data from a telephony device over a network and transfers the multimedia communication data to a switching device. The processor also establishes a connection between a browser, embedded within the thin client device, and a server. The processor delivers and terminates the multimedia communication data to the thin client device using the browser embedded within the thin client device after establishing the connection between the browser and the server.

    Abstract: A system is provided that includes a first network interface for a first network type and a second network interface for a second network type that is different from the first network type. The system also includes at least one processor configured to cause the system to perform operations. The operations may include obtaining, from the first network interface, audio from a communication session with a remote device established over the first network and obtaining an indication of a communication device available to participate in the communication session and direct audio obtained from the communication session to a remote transcription system. The operations may also include directing the audio to the second network interface for transmission to the communication device, obtaining transcript data from the remote transcription system based on the audio, and directing the transcript data to the second network interface for transmission to the communication device.
