摘要: An example system comprises an enclosure submerged in a body of water. The system also comprises an intake port disposed along a periphery of the enclosure to transport water into the enclosure. The system also includes a turbine generator disposed inside the enclosure and coupled to the intake port to receive the water entering the enclosure through the intake port. The system also comprises a water storage tank coupled to the turbine generator to receive the water flowing out of the turbine generator. The system also comprises a pump coupled to the water storage tank to pump the water out of the water storage tank. The system also comprises a controller to control flow of the water into the enclosure by operating the intake port and to control flow of the water out of the enclosure by operating the pump.

摘要: The invention discloses a novel efficient power generation device of tide-wave energy, comprising a floating body provided on the sea surface, a support device provided on the coast, and a lever device connecting the floating body with the support device; the lever device comprises a force transmission rod and a main lever provided with a connecting device; the power generation device comprises a driving device, one end of which is connected with the connecting device to rotate the driving device and the other end is connected with the external electric motor device. The invention enables the up-and-down motions of the floating body through the acting force of the tide, to drive the up-and-down motion of the force transmission rod. The lever device connected with the support device by hinge, rotates the driving device through the connecting device, to rotate the external electric motor device to provide electric power.

摘要: An accelerated and/or redirected flow arrangement, optimally serving as a wildlife and/or debris excluder (WDE), is used in combination with a turbine-like device having an inlet end and an outlet end for fluid flowing therethrough, e.g., a hydro-turbine. The arrangement includes at least a forward part designed to be placed in front of a fluid inlet of a turbine-like device and configured to produce at least one of the following effects on the fluid: (a) imparting a redirection of the fluid; and/or (b) accelerating the flow velocity of the fluid, as it flows through the forward part. Turbine-like devices having both a forward part and a rearward part of flow arrangement are disclosed, as well as a method of enhancing turbine performance.

Large flow openings into 6 Hydro turbine manifolds direct swirling water through radial guiding vanes and conical converging top vertically downward through 8 turbine blades applying torque to turbine outlet shaft and flowing down to ocean level.

摘要: The present invention provides an assembly platform of a large tidal current energy generating device. The assembly platform is internally provided with at least one horizontal axis hydro-generator. The assembly platform includes supports, at least four fixed piles, at least two sleeving members and at least two force-bearing supports. The fixed piles are connected through the supports to form an installation space. The hydro-generator is installed inside the installation space, one end of each fixed pile is driven to be fixed to a seabed and the other end extends to be above a water surface. Ends of the at least two force-bearing supports are respectively mounted on the left and right sides of the horizontal axis hydro-generator along the water flow direction and the other ends are respectively provided with corresponding sleeving members so as to resist an impact force of a water flow on the horizontal axis hydro-generator.

摘要: The telescopic hydrokinetic turbine system is a device meant for lifting the burden of manufacturing, installing, and maintaining hydrokinetic systems in the water. The device attempts to overcome the issues faced by present day hydrokinetic systems. To accomplish this, the device includes a light weight and easy to carry and install design, a telescopic pillar to align itself with the tide direction or even to leave the body of water for maintenance. Electrical parts are not submerged but instead remain onshore in a small cabin or housing. Further, by adding the use of multiple diffusers, the water flowing into the turbine is made smoother and the overload of water is able to be evacuated and swiped by the fins. The diffusers increase the blades working capacity while homogenizing the water flow and avoiding the phenomena of vibrations and cavitation, thereby increasing efficiency.

摘要: A water-driven turbine has an elongated endless conveyor with down and up streaming straightaways connected by travel-reversing turns. Paddles mounted on the conveyor present high resistance to waterflow on the downstream straightaway and low resistance to waterflow or the atmosphere on the upstream straightaway, the differential allowing the flow of water to continuously drive the conveyor which is connected to a power take-off shaft facilitating connection to a variety of energy-harnessing systems. The turbine can be towed, self-driven or mooring line manipulated to a flow site and is operable in unidirectional flows such as rivers and reversing flows such as tides at depths from surface to bottom. The paddles can be mounted or changed on shore, at the flow site and anywhere in between. The turbine is efficient in low and high velocity water flow, not easily damaged by floating debris, cavitation free and fish, mammal and environmentally friendly.
