The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for canceling a scheduling request triggered by a sidelink buffer status report in a D2D communication system, the method comprising: triggering one or more sidelink Buffer Status Reports (BSRs) for sidelink data available for transmission; triggering one or more Scheduling Requests (SRs); configuring one or more sidelink grants in one or more subframes within a certain period; checking, in a first subframe, whether remaining sidelink grants can accommodate all pending data available for transmission; and canceling the all of the one or more triggered SRs if the all of the one or more triggered SRs are triggered by the one or more sidelink BSRs and the remaining sidelink grants can accommodate all of the pending data available for transmission, wherein the remaining sidelink grants are sidelink grants configured in one or more subframes starting from the first subframe to end of the certain period.

A method for a User Equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communication system. The UE configures a radio bearer comprising a first Medium Access Control (MAC) entity and a second MAC entity. The UE triggers a power headroom reporting (PHR) in the first MAC entity if a prohibitPHR-Timer of the first MAC entity expires or has expired when the first MAC entity has uplink (UL) resources for a new transmission, and a condition is satisfied. The UE transmits the PHR. The condition includes: any cell of the second MAC entity has UL transmission, and a required power backoff for the any cell of the second MAC entity has changed more than a threshold.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for configuring a new retransmission buffer status reporting timer in a D2D communication system, the method comprising: configuring that the UE belongs to both of a first group and a second group when the UE communicates with other UEs directly; configuring a first retransmission timer for the first group and a second retransmission timer for the second group; starting the first retransmission timer of the first group when a MAC Control Element for Buffer Status Reporting (BSR) is generated; and triggering a BSR when the first retransmission timer expires if data is available for the first group.

A method and apparatus for canceling a triggered proximity-based services (ProSe) buffer status report (BSR) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) triggers at least one ProSe BSR, and cancels all triggered ProSe BSR if a specific condition is met. The specific condition may be that a device-to-device (D2D) scheduling assignment for a D2D scheduling period can accommodate all pending data available for D2D transmission or that the ProSe BSR is included in a media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) to be transmitted to a network.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for a configuration error management for a sidelink radio bearer, the method comprising detecting configuration error for a sidelink radio bearer comprising a RLC entity and a PDCP entity, starting a timer when the configuration error for the sidelink radio bearer is detected, generating a configuration error recovery request including an identifier of the sidelink radio bearer, and transmitting the configuration error recovery request to a network or a peer UE directly connected to the UE via a sidelink.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for calculating and reporting a buffer status in the wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) data transmission ratio and an offset value; calculating a first buffer status for the first BS and a second buffer status for the second BS based on the PDCP data transmission ratio; starting a timer for the first BS when the calculated first buffer status is reported to the first BS; checking whether an uplink (UL) grant is received from the first BS when the timer for the first BS expires; and updating the PDCP data transmission ratio using the offset value if the UL grant is not received from the first BS; and re-calculating the first buffer status for the first BS and the second buffer status for the second BS based on the updated PDCP data transmission ratio.
