Abstract:
A hinge assembly is provided for pivotably attaching a door to a domestic appliance. The hinge assembly includes a hinge body having two mounting areas; a damper; a foot pivotably attached to the damper, the foot being configured to engage a foot receiving portion of the appliance body such that the hinge body and the door pivot relative to the appliance body; and a first mounting spacer attached to the hinge body at a first one of the mounting areas, the first mounting spacer being configured to attach to the door such that the hinge body is fixed relative to the door. Each of the two mounting areas is configured to receive a first fastener to attach the first mounting spacer to the hinge body, and each of the two mounting areas is configured to receive a second fastener to attach the door to the hinge body.
Abstract:
A movable barrier system wherein the trolley system comprises at least two guiding rail portions. At least one of the guiding rail portions is supported by a support member secured to the headroom area of the building support structure. The trolley traverses the at least two guiding rail portions by a hinged coupling device.
Abstract:
A hinge assembly is provided for attaching a door to a domestic appliance. The hinge assembly includes a hinge body; a damper; a foot pivotably attached to the damper and having a pivot end, the foot engaging a foot receiving portion of the appliance such that the hinge body and the door pivot relative to the appliance; and a shoulder bushing attached to the pivot end of the foot and to a pivot point of the hinge body such that the foot pivots relative to the hinge body around the pivot point, the shoulder bushing having a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion. The pivot end of the foot is fixed to the shoulder bushing at a fixing area of the small diameter portion such that a side surface of the pivot end of the foot is in contact with a side surface of the large diameter portion.
Abstract:
A device to be applied at least between a side wall of the internal space of a piece of furniture and an adjacent door thereof, in order to render it laterally retracting during the opening of the internal space, comprising a pivoting upright interposed along the side of the door that is to be rendered laterally retracting of a piece of furniture, and provided with longitudinal guides for the vertical sliding of one of the two ends of a pair of rockers, each rocker being able to oscillate on a respective pivot, which is integrally pivoted to the same shoulder of a compartment, and is formed by a pair of arms which converge and are mutually integral.
Abstract:
Provided is a fitting adjustment structure for a lid in which, before a frame and a lid are incorporated into an opening portion, a height of a stopper can be adjusted with the lid being closed, to thereby eliminate the need for adjustment after the incorporation. The fitting adjustment structure for the lid includes: the opening portion formed on a panel; the lid which turns to open and close the opening portion; and the frame which is placed along a periphery of the opening portion, and supports the lid, in which: a screw hole is pierced in the frame; a stopper having an upper surface which abuts against a rear surface of the lid in a closed state is screwed with the screw hole; and a turning operation portion engageable with a rotating tool is provided at a lower end of the stopper.
Abstract:
A bin lid assembly includes a lid member arranged to span across an opening in the roof of a grain storage bin. The lid member is supported by a hinge which is biased towards a closed position extending forwardly across the bin opening from an open position extending rearwardly. An operating linkage is pivotally connected to the lid member and includes a opening arm which is folded relative to the lid member from a first position extending upwardly in the closed position of the lid member to a second position extending rearwardly in the open position of the lid member to allow the lid member to be opened 180 degrees. The linkage also allows a mechanical advantage to be maintained when pulling the lid open using an actuator tether alongside the bin which is connected at an upper end to the opening arm.
Abstract:
A furniture hinge has at least two fitting parts for fixing the hinge to furniture parts. One of the fitting parts is designed as a hinge arm with at least one joint lever which pivots during the hinge movement and a rotation damper for damping a hinge movement. A slide, movably mounted on the hinge arm, may be driven by the pivotable joint lever, and the slide acts on the rotation damper by means of a transmission mechanism (T).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a sliding door device including: a slider mounted to the sliding door so as to be movable on the rail; a lever provided in the slider so that a middle part thereof would be rotatable; a first roller provided on one end side of the lever so as to be rotatable on the rail; a recess formed in the rail so that the first roller would fall thereinto before the sliding door reaches a completely closed position, the recess having a rising wall surface of the rail being in a direction intersecting with a rotating surface of the first roller, the rising wall surface capable of coming into contact with the first roller; and a cable mounted to the sliding door for driving the sliding door to a closing direction when the cable is pulled. The cable is connected to the other end side of the lever and causes the lever to rotate in a direction that the first roller pushes the rail when the cable is pulled.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a piece of furniture with an actuating arrangement for a flap of the piece of furniture. An actuating arm arrangement includes a lever arrangement for moving the flap and a main spring that acts in the closing direction (SR) to hold the flap closed. The piece of furniture also has an ejecting device for ejecting the flap in the opening direction (OR) by overpressing the flap in the closing direction (SR). At least one support spring acts in the opening direction (OR) and is separate from the ejecting device, and supports the ejecting motion of the ejecting device. At least in an overpressed closed position (US), the spring forces (A, U) are together greater than the closing force (Z) which acts on the flap and which is provided by the main spring acting in the closing direction (SR).
Abstract:
A drive arrangement for actuation of a hatch of a motor vehicle with a drive is provided, wherein the hatch is pivotable via hinges around a geometrical hatch axis, whereby a hatch opening of the motor vehicle body may be closed, wherein the drive is designed as an elongate linear drive for producing linear drive movements, wherein in the installed state the drive extends along the hatch axis and is aligned basically parallel to the hatch axis in view of its linear drive movements. In the installed state, the drive is positioned in cavity of the hatch in the area of the hatch axis, a redirection gear is provided which is arranged in the area of the hatch axis, and the drive is drive-wise coupled to the motor vehicle body via the redirection gear through openings in the hatch.
