摘要: The present invention relates to method for generating a monitoring signal by monitoring laboratory values of a patient using a medical app (122). The medical app (122) is executed on a mobile device (102) of the patient, wherein the execution of the medical app (122) on the mobile device (102) of the patient is supervised by a supervising entity or safety module (106, 128), the supervising entity or safety module (106, 128) comprising at least executable program instructions (130). The medical app (122) comprises executable instructions for executing at least one sequence of processes for generating the monitoring signal. The processes comprise safety critical processes. The sequence of processes is triggered by the measurement of the blood glucose level of the patient. The method comprises executing a first process of the sequence of processes, wherein the execution results in the generation of an information, forwarding the information of the executed process to the supervising entity or safety module (106, 128), evaluating the received information by the supervising entity or safety module (106, 128) and executing a second process of the sequence of processes depending on the result of the evaluation.

摘要: A physiological sensor controller controls a physiological sensor (or ECG sensor), positioned on a patient body, for measuring physiological information (or ECG waveform) of the patient body to output a measurement signal. An acquisition device acquires a verification image containing portions of identification information of the physiological sensor and a face of the patient body. A verifier performs verification of acceptability in a combination of the physiological sensor and the patient body according to the verification image. A receiver receives the measurement signal. A detector detects normality or abnormality of receptivity of the measurement signal. A checker operates assuming that the detector determines the abnormality of the receptivity, and checks whether a retry for the verification in the verifier is required or not. An output device operates assuming that the checker determines requirement of the retry for the verification, and outputs information of encouraging the retry for the verification.

摘要: A decision support definitions library stores one or more decision support definitions for providing appropriate treatment paths. A device management library stores device and configuration setting information on one or more devices associated with an organization, the configuration setting including information on smart agents residing on the one or more devices. A decision support definition editor is configured to modify a selected one or more decision support definitions and one or more device and configuration settings. A decision support definition generator is configured to create an installation configuration file including an entry for each of a selected one or more decision support definitions, wherein each entry comprises: (i) information that identifies the respective decision support definition, (ii) configuration information, and (iii) information that identifies an installation program. A deployment manager is configured to distribute the installation configuration file and the smart agent with selected decision support definitions.

摘要: Methods and devices for tying management of an implantable medical device to the activities of a primary care physician are described, including access control, simplified parameter optimization, support for tuning a device in response to the effects of other treatments in parallel, and support for helping a primary physician and a patient work together to tune device configuration to the activity and performance needs of the patient. In some embodiments, a medical device is self-configuring in a device parameter domain, based on inputs provided in a patient performance domain. The self-configuring of the medical device is based, for example, on an automatically applied transformation of inputs derived from patient performance domain observations into changes in the configuration of the medical device which affect technical parameters of its operation.

摘要: An example of a system may include a processor and a memory device comprising instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive, in a graphical user interface, a clinician input of physiological information and therapy information for neurostimulation treatment of a human subject using a neurostimulation device, and request a neurostimulation program corresponding to the physiological information and the therapy information from a remote programming guidance information system. For example, program data of a neurostimulation program may be provided from the programming guidance information system, selected on the basis of a best match to the physiological information and the therapy information. A representation of the program data and the parameters of the neurostimulation program may be displayed in the graphical user interface, including ratings, comments, and other characteristics of the neurostimulation program that are maintained by the remote programming guidance information system.

摘要: Mobile Health Interface (mHi) Platform systems and methods of evaluating mobile applications include establishing evaluation criteria for mobile applications within a given industry; receiving mobile applications with associated Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for the given industry; classifying, via the APIs, each of the mobile applications into discreet packages; certifying and accepting the discreet packages for each of the mobile applications based upon the evaluation criteria, via processing circuitry of a single interoperable platform with data integration capability and associated virtual machine; authenticating a user access to the certified discreet packages for a set trial period of time; receiving trial sequence data indicating the user's preference via scoring for each of the certified discreet packages for the set period of time; ranking the certified discreet packages based upon the received trial sequence data; and receiving a selected bundle of certified and ranked discreet packages.
