Abstract: A foldable display device is disclosed that includes a flexible display panel, an optical module, and a deterioration compensator. The flexible display panel includes a folding line, a first display area disposed on a first side of the folding line, and a second display area disposed on a second side of the folding line to display a test image. The optical module is disposed in the first display area and is configured to sense a display luminance of the test image. The deterioration compensator is configured to perform a deterioration compensating operation of the display luminance by a luminance compensation value when the display luminance is less than a target luminance, without performing the deterioration compensating operation when the display luminance is greater than the target luminance.

The first touch conductive layer includes a touch connection electrode connecting adjacent first touch electrodes, and a plurality of capacitance (cap) compensation patterns arranged in the second touch sensor area. The plurality of cap compensation patterns includes a first cap compensation pattern electrically connected to the adjacent first touch electrode and a second cap compensation pattern electrically connected to the adjacent second touch electrode.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a display panel and an input sensor. The input sensor includes first and second insulating layers, a first sensor electrode including first sensor patterns and first connection patterns, and a second sensor electrode including second sensor patterns and second connection patterns. Each of the first sensor electrode and the second sensor electrode may include a mesh pattern. The mesh pattern includes a first layer, a second layer, a third layer, and a protective pattern covering the side surface of the second layer. An inner surface of the protective pattern directly contacts the side surface of the second layer. The tip part of the third layer and an outer surface of the protective pattern have an undercut form in a cross-sectional view.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a deposition mask includes forming a wrinkle pattern in a mask rib region and including grooves by partially etching a front surface of a silicon substrate, forming a first photoresist pattern including first openings on a front surface of the silicon substrate in each of cell areas, growing a first plating film covering the grooves of the wrinkle pattern and a second plating film covering first openings of the first photoresist pattern, removing the first photoresist pattern, forming a second photoresist pattern in outer frame areas on a rear surface of the silicon substrate, and exposing a rear surface of metal mask ribs formed with the first plating film and a rear surface of a mask membrane formed with the second plating film by partially etching the rear surface of the silicon substrate using the second photoresist pattern.
