Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving data using a plurality of carriers in a mobile communication system. The communication method by a terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: receiving a secondary cell (SCell) adding command including setting information on an SCell to be added from a primary serving cell (PCell); transmitting a preamble to the SCell to be added; receiving a random access response message (RAR) for the SCell to be added; and, if the SCell adding command includes an indicator indicating that a first base station to which the SCell to be added belongs and a base station to which the PCell belongs are different from each other, applying parameters included in the RAR to the SCell that transmits the RAR. According to the embodiment of the present invention, by aggregating carriers between different base stations, a terminal can have increased chances of transmitting and receiving data at high speed through the carrier aggregation.

A method for a user equipment receiving the multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) processing a downlink scheduling in a mobile communication system of the present invention comprises: a detection step of detecting the occurrence of the downlink scheduling in a random transmission time interval; a decision step of deciding whether to process the downlink scheduling, depending on whether the user equipment is set to a transmission mode 9 or whether the transmission time interval belongs to a multimedia broadcast multicast service single frequency network (MBSFN) subframe; and a processing step of processing or disregarding the downlink scheduling based on the result of the decision.
Abstract:
The method for transmitting and receiving data at a base station in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: receiving a performance report from a terminal; determining whether the addition of a serving cell is necessary; when the addition of the serving cell is necessary, transmitting a request for receiving a cell identifying signal to one or more other base stations on the basis of the received performance repoπand transmitting a request for transmitting the cell identifying signal to the terminal. According to the embodiment, in a network in which a small cell and a macro cell are overlapped and operated, the terminal can minimize battery consumption and quickly recognize the small cell.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for generating a Scheduling Assignment (SA), which reduces a probability of an incorrect action by a User Equipment (UE) in response to a reception of the SA, in a communication system wherein a base station transmits the SA being a first type or a second type and including at least one Information Element (IE). The method includes setting at least one bit in the at least one IE with a predetermined value, if the SA is of the second type; and setting any remaining bits in the at least one IE with arbitrary values.
Abstract:
A method of transmitting data for uplink coverage for improvement of a wireless communication system by a terminal improving uplink data transmission reliability so as to be capable of successful data transmission. A method for transmitting and receiving a signal of a terminal in a time division wireless communication system of the present invention includes receiving a TTI bundling setting command from a base station, confirming whether a TTI bundling number is included in the TTI bundling setting command, determining the time when a signal is transmitted and received according to the TTI bundling number, when the TTI bundling number is included and determining the time when a signal is transmitted and received according to a preset TTI bundling number, when the TTI bundling number is not included.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for efficiently controlling an MTC device attempting a delay tolerant access in a 3GPP system. The present invention provides a method for effectively providing a backoff time to prevent load on a wireless network, which can occur when many MTC devices in a single cell simultaneously attempt access.
Abstract:
The present disclosure proposes a method for transmitting a buffer status report informing of the data to be transmit in uplink. The method for transmitting buffer status report of a terminal in a wireless communication system includes checking, when allocating uplink resource for new data transmission, whether first buffer status report triggered but not cancelled exists, generating, when the first buffer status report exists, uplink data including the buffer status report, checking whether second buffer status report triggered but not cancelled exist except for the buffers status report included in the uplink data, and determining whether to cancel the second buffer status report depending on whether the first buffer status report is a regular buffer status report or periodic buffer status report. With the proposed method, the terminal is capable of transmitting the padding BSR without extra cancellation operation, resulting in reduction terminal's operation complexity.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus in which a terminal performs contention-based access in a mobile communication system, wherein the method comprises: a sensing step of sensing whether or not contention-based access is allowed for at least one logical channel; a receiving step of receiving a contention-based reverse grant from a base station; and a transmitting step of transmitting data to the base station through the logical channel for which the contention-based access is allowed. According to the present invention, contention-based access can be efficiently performed, and the reliability of transmission can be ensured.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting a channel state by a terminal in a communication system, according to one embodiment, comprises the steps of: receiving discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration information from a base station; determining whether the terminal is set to transmit channel state information only in onDuration according to a DRX operation; determining whether an arbitrary subframe to be received is a subframe included in onDuration if the terminal is set to transmit the channel state information only in onDuration according to the configuration; and not transmitting the channel state information on the arbitrary subframe if the arbitrary subframe is not a subframe included in onDuration. According to the embodiment, the terminal can efficiently report channel state information.
