Abstract: Signal transmitting/receiving electronic devices or terminals in the present disclosure are configured to conduct per-beam signal synchronization in massive MIMO communication with a signal receiving/transmitting device or base station. During the massive MIMO communication, the devices or terminals are configured to transmit/receive signals via a set of beams to or from the signal receiving/transmitting device or base station. For beam domain signal of each individual beam of the plurality beams, the devices or terminals are configured to determine target time adjustments based on time shifts of the beam domain signals induced by multipath effect and target frequency adjustments based on frequency offsets of the beam domain signals induced by the Doppler effect; adjust time independent variables of the beam domain signals by the time adjustments; and adjust frequency independent variables of the beam domain signals by the frequency adjustments. Further, per-beam synchronized BDMA massive MIMO transmission method is disclosed, which provides a solution to efficient and reliable wireless communications with high mobility and/or high carrier frequency.

Abstract: A large-scale multi-step synthesis method for ultralong silver nanowire with controllable diameter, comprises: an ethylene glycol solution containing polyvinylpyrrolidone and sodium chloride is fully heated to obtain a solution with strong reducibility, and then silver nitrate in glycol solution is added for a generation of a large number of crystal seeds; hydrogen peroxide is used to achieve the selection of the crystal seeds for a small amount of crystal seeds with particular sizes; the temperature is immediately raised to increase the reaction rate until the threshold of the etching crystal seeds of nitric acid is broke through; the temperature is lowered for long-timed reaction to slow down the reaction rate, reduce the probability of the isotropic seeds by self-nucleation and promote the absorption of small nucleus in the radial direction of large nucleus or nanowire, thus obtaining the ultralong silver nanowire.

Abstract: A decentralized voltage control method for a microgrid based on nonlinear state observers, comprising the steps of step 10), establishing a large-signal model of distributed generations, a connection network and impedance-type loads in the microgrid; step 20), establishing a Luenberger-like nonlinear state observer for each distributed generation; step 30), estimating the dynamic characteristics of other distributed generations in real time based on the local measured values of each distributed generation; and step 40), implementing the decentralized voltage control based on the control requirements of reactive power sharing and voltage restoration. The control method realizes the voltage control of microgrid based on the decentralized state observers, which does not rely on communication transmission or remote measurement and avoids the adverse effects of communication latency and data drop-out on the control performance.

Abstract: A thin film material residual testing structure comprises two groups of structures. The first group of structures comprises an electrostatic driven polysilicon cantilever beam, an asymmetrical cross beam made of thin film material to be tested and having an alignment structure, and a double-end fixed support beam made of the thin film material to be tested. The second group of structures is similar to the structure of the first group with the fixed support beam removed. A residual stress testing method includes separating the loading drive part of force from a residual stress testing structure made of the thin film material to be tested, designing the bending deflection of a control testing structure according to geometrical parameters, extracting the force applied on the residual stress testing structure and utilizing force and deflection to calculate the residual stress of the thin film material to be tested.

Abstract: A PVTM-based wide voltage range clock stretching circuit is disclosed. The circuit consists of a PVTM circuit module, a phase clock generation module, a clock synchronization selection module and a control module. The PVTM circuit module monitors in real time the delay information of an on-chip delay unit to monitor the operating environment of the circuit, and feeds the delay information back to the control module. Under the control of a clock stretching enable signal and a clock stretching extent signal, the control module selects a target phase clock from the clocks generated by the phase clock generation module in accordance with the feedback from the PVTM, enabling the stretching of system clock within a single cycle in different PVT conditions. Sophisticated gate devices are not required, and the cost of area and power consumption are kept to minimal.

Abstract: A cache structure for use in implementing reconfigurable system configuration information storage, comprises: layered configuration information cache units: for use in caching configuration information that may be used by a certain or several reconfigurable arrays within a period of time; an off-chip memory interface module: for use in establishing communication; a configuration management unit: for use in managing a reconfiguration process of the reconfigurable arrays, in mapping each subtask in an algorithm application to a certain reconfigurable array, thus the reconfigurable array will, on the basis of the mapped subtask, load the corresponding configuration information to complete a function reconfiguration for the reconfigurable array. This increases the utilization efficiency of configuration information caches. Also provided is a method for managing the reconfigurable system configuration information caches, employing a mixed priority cache update method, and changing a mode for managing the configuration information caches in a conventional reconfigurable system, thus increasing the dynamic reconfiguration efficiency in a complex reconfigurable system.

Abstract: A process corner detection circuit based on a self-timing oscillation ring comprises a reset circuit (1), the self-timing oscillation ring (2), and a counting module (3). The self-timing oscillation ring (2) consists of m two-input Miller units and inverters, and a two-input AND gate, m being a positive integer greater than or equal to 3. The circuit can be used for detecting a process corner of a fabricated integrated circuit chip, and reflecting the process corner of the chip according to the number of oscillations of the self-timing oscillation ring (2). The number of oscillations of the self-timing oscillation ring (2) in different process corners is acquired by Hspice simulation before the chip tape-out, and the process corner of the chip after the chip tape-out can be determined according to the actually measured number of oscillations.

Abstract: A pavement structure and method of steel bridge deck. The pavement method for steel bridge deck comprises: laying consecutively a 0.6 mm-0.8 mm epoxy waterproofing bond material layer, a 30 mm-40 mm injectable self-flowing asphalt concrete material layer, a 0.4 mm-0.6 mm epoxy asphalt bond material layer, and a 25 mm-40 mm latex cement mortar poured asphalt concrete material layer onto the top of the steel bridge deck to form the steel bridge deck pavement structure. The present invention has improved the overall deformation coordination ability and anti-fatigue performance of the pavement layer, and has obtained a comprehensive balance among the crack resistance at low temperatures, the stability performance at high temperatures, and the durability of the structure, and it is a scheme with high performance pavement structure.
