    Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatus, and computer programs, for activating cross-slot scheduling in user equipment (UE) to achieve power savings. In one aspect, the method can include actions of generating, by an access node, an RRC communication including one or more parameters that, when processed by the UE, configures the UE to forego use of computing resources to buffer for potential PDSCH transmission for a predetermined amount of time, encoding, by the access node, the RRC communication for transmission to the UE, and causing, by the access node, one or more antennae to transmit the encoded RRC communication to the UE.

    Abstract: A base station (BS) may receive a plurality of repetitions of a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) from a user equipment (UE), and accumulate the received repetitions to obtain a resultant signal. The ability to accumulate repetitions enables the base station to experience a higher probability of successful recovery of the PUCCH payload bits than if decoding were based on the reception of a non-repeated transmission of the PUCCH. The base station may configure the number of repetitions, the temporal gap between the repetitions, and mode of repetition of the PUCCH. In an intra-slot mode, more than one copy may be received from each configured slot, with or without frequency hopping. In an inter-slot mode, one copy is received per configured slot. Different repetitions may be transmitted by the UE in different directions, according to a spatial consistency pattern.

    Abstract: Some embodiments include a system, method, and computer program product for radio resource management (RRM) scaling factor enhancement without measurement gaps (MGs) in an E-UTRA-New Radio (NR) Dual Connectivity (EN-DC) network. Some embodiments include a user equipment (UE) that receives from a Primary Node (PN), a first NR measurement object (MO) without MG associated with a frequency. The UE receives from a Secondary Node (SN), a second NR MO without MG associated with the same frequency. The UE allocates resources based on a Primary Secondary Component Carrier (PSCC) and determines a scaling factor for determining a total procedure period for obtaining measurements to satisfy the first and the second NR MO without MG. Some embodiments include combining counts of NR MO without MG at a same frequency. Some embodiments include coordination between the PN and the SN so that MOs without MG at a common frequency satisfy the merging rule.
