Abstract:
A transport holder vertically aligns a caulking cartridge, nozzle-down. The holder includes (i) a substantially solid lower plug portion, having a lead face and a bottom face and an center passageway that is at least partially inverted frustum-shaped that forms a side contact face that tapers from a wider lead face opening to a narrower bottom face opening; and or to a tubular sleeve from the side contact face to the bottom face opening; and (ii) an upper sleeve, shaped to receive the caulking cartridge in a desired vertical alignment to the lower plug portion.

Abstract:
A novel hydrophylically modified silicone and a composition for forming a hydrophylically modified silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is shown and described herein. The comprises comprises (i) a MQ silicone resin, (ii) a polyorganosiloxane, and (iii) a siloxane comprising a range of hydrophilic functional groups. The mixture of (i), (ii), and (iii) is self-catalyzing and does not require an external condensation catalyst. The composition is suitable for forming a cured silicone material such as, for example, a pressure sensitive adhesive compatible with polar additives or actives used in various applications.
Abstract:
A personal care composition comprising (i) a solvent comprising at least one silahydrocarbon, and (ii) at least one personal care component. The inclusion of a silahydrocarbon material into a personal care composition can provide desirable volatility to such compositions and can impart enhanced sensory benefits and/or spreading characteristics to a personal care composition and personal care product.
Abstract:
An organic functional silane composition is shown and described herein. An organic functional silane composition comprises a mixture of organic functional silane monomers where at least one of the silane monomers comprises two or more alkoxy groups having C1-C2 alkyl groups and at least one of the silane monomers comprises two or more alkoxy groups having an alkyl group of three or more carbon atoms. The organic functional silane compositions can be employed in a coating composition and can improve one or more properties of the coating including, for example, scrub resistance.
