Abstract: According to the present disclosure, air cleaner assemblies, components, features, and methods relating thereto, are described. These features, in part, relate to configuration of a preferred seal arrangement and seal surface of the cartridge. Particular arrangements are shown, in which: the filter cartridge includes a seal arrangement having a axial pinch seal surface with a projection/recess contour including at least one projection thereon; and, the cartridge includes a seal contour projection stabilizing portion at a location in perimeter alignment with the portion of the seal pinch arrangement including the first housing engagement projection. Additional features are included that relate to clean air separator section tubes of a precleaner arrangement secured to a cartridge. These features can be used in cartridges including features outlined above, or in alternative cartridges. Additional features of air cleaner arrangements and filter cartridges in accord with the above are described.

Abstract: The air filter systems described herein include one or more pulse collectors and pulse generators aligned along pulse axes. The pulse generators and filter elements may be arranged along a pulse distance as measured from a pulse outlet to a filter element opening. The pulse collectors and the filter elements may have openings with a relationship between them within parameters described herein. The pulse collectors may have a relationship between their hydraulic diameter and their length within parameters described herein. The pulse collectors may include a filter section and a pulse section that meet at a junction along a length of the pulse collector. The pulse sections may have a hydraulic diameter that increases when moving from the junction to the tube sheet opening of the pulse section. The filter sections may have a hydraulic diameter that remains constant when moving from the junction to the filter end opening of the filter section. Filter elements/cartridges used in the air filter systems may have filter media shaped or formed into ovate cross-sections.

Abstract: Liquid filter assemblies, features, components and methods are described. In general, a liquid filter cartridge is provided which includes features that help ensure that when the assembly is serviced, the cartridge positioned within the assembly is a proper one, in proper sealing orientation, for appropriate use. Features that can be used to provide for this include: a seal on the filter cartridge that defines a seal pattern non-orthogonal to a plane perpendicular to a central axis of the filter cartridge; and, a member of a projection/receiver arrangement on the filter cartridge which is orientated to engage a portion of a liquid filter assembly, for example a liquid flow collar, to allow sealing when the cartridge is a properly positioned cartridge and a properly configured cartridge. Assembly features are described. Also, a flexible radial projection arrangement providing snap-fit interaction between a cartridge and housing is provided. Methods of assembly and use as described.
