Abstract: An in-vehicle terminal engaged in vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication, especially vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication, establishes a reporting cycle on the basis of the speed of the in-vehicle terminal, and transmits geographic information of the in-vehicle terminal to a network cyclically on the basis of the reporting cycle.
