Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives TCI state configurations for a plurality of signals, wherein a first state configuration comprises a first port for a first signal being quasi-co-located (QCL) to a second port of a second signal and a second state configuration comprises the second port of the second signal being QCL to a third port of a third signal and determines a TCI chain comprising the first, second and third signals so that channel measurements for each one of the first, second and third signals are applied to channel measurements for each other one of the first, second and third signals, wherein at least one of the first, second or third signals is an uplink (UL) signal.

Abstract: Supporting high speed train (HST) schemes at a user equipment (UE) may include, in response to being within range of a transmission and reception point (TRP) of a plurality of TRPs associated with an HST, decoding a communication received from a network. The communication may include an HST scheme configuration. The HST scheme configuration may include an HST-single frequency network (HST-SFN) without network pre-compensation scheme and an HST-SFN with network pre-compensation scheme. At least one of a channel restriction and an environmental restriction associated with the HST scheme configuration may be identified. Based on the at least one of the channel restriction and the environmental restriction, the HST scheme configuration may be applied.

Abstract: In an example method, a user equipment (UE) device determines an offset length of time associated with transmitting or receiving data over a wireless network. The UE device transmits an indication of the offset length of time to the wireless network. The UE device transmits or receives, during a first time interval, a first portion of data to or from the wireless network though a first wireless link. The UE device transmits or receives, during a second time interval, a second portion of data to or from the wireless network though a second wireless link. An end of first time interval is offset from a beginning of the second time interval by the offset length of time.

Abstract: Performing a UE-triggered lower layer-based handover may include performing measurements of source gNB CSI-RS samples associated with a source gNB. Measurements of target gNB CSI-RS samples associated with a target gNB may be performed, wherein the CSI-RS samples associated with the source gNB and the CSI-RS samples associated with the target gNB are transmitted in a burst structure. A subset of the source gNB CSI-RS samples and the target gNB CSI-RS samples may be filtered using a layer 1 or a layer 2 filter. A filtered result for each of the subset of source gNB CSI-RS samples and the subset of target gNB CSI-RS samples may be generated. Based on the generated filtered result for each of the subset of source gNB CSI-RS samples and the subset of target gNB CSI-RS samples, determining whether a handover from the source gNB to the target gNB is to occur.
