Abstract: A method for intelligently preventing and handling indoor air pollution is adapted to be implemented in an indoor space and includes providing a cloud processing device to receive and intelligently compare an outdoor gas detection data, an indoor gas detection data, and device gas detection data with each other. Then, the cloud processing device remotely transmits a control signal to the communication relay station and further to an indoor gas exchange system, so that the indoor gas exchange system is capable of intelligently enabling the gas processing device and controlling the operation time of the gas processing device for exchanging a polluted gas in the indoor space with the outdoor gas. Moreover, the gas exchanger can perform purification for the polluted gas at the location of the gas exchanger, thereby allowing the polluted gas in the indoor space to be exchanged into a clean, safe, and breathable gas.

Abstract: A thin gas transportation device includes an inlet plate, a resonance sheet, an actuating element, a first insulation frame attached to the actuating element, a conductive frame, and a second insulation frame attached to the conductive frame. The conductive frame has a conductive outer frame attached to the first insulation frame, an elastic conductive pin, and a conductive piece connected to an outer edge portion of the conductive outer frame. Abstract: A gas detection device manufactured by a semiconductor process includes a substrate, a microelectromechanical element, a light-emitting element, a particle-sensing element, a gas-sensing element, a driving-chip element and an encapsulation layer. The driving-chip element controls driving operations of the microelectromechanical element, the light-emitting element, the particle-sensing element and the gas-sensing element, respectively. When the microelectromechanical element is enabled to actuate transportation of gas, the gas is introduced into the gas detection device through an inlet aperture of the substrate. Scattered light spots generated by the light beam of the light-emitting element irradiating on suspended particles contained in the gas are received by the particle-sensing element to generate a detection datum of the suspended particles. The gas-sensing element detects the gas passing through and generates a detection datum of hazardous gas contained in the gas. Finally, the gas is discharged from an outlet aperture of the encapsulation layer.

Abstract: A micro fluid actuator includes an orifice layer, a flow channel layer, a substrate, a chamber layer, a vibration layer, a lower electrode layer, a piezoelectric actuation layer and an upper electrode layer, which are stacked sequentially. An outflow aperture, a plurality of first inflow apertures and a second inflow aperture are formed in the substrate by an etching process. A storage chamber is formed in the chamber layer by the etching process. An outflow opening and an inflow opening are formed in the orifice layer by the etching process. An outflow channel, an inflow channel and a plurality of columnar structures are formed in the flow channel layer by a lithography process. By providing driving power which have different phases to the upper electrode layer and the lower electrode layer, the vibration layer is driven to displace in a reciprocating manner, so as to achieve fluid transportation.

Abstract: An actuating and sensing module is disclosed and includes a bottom plate, terminals, a control chip, a partition plate, a gas pressure sensor, a thin gas transportation device and a cover plate. The bottom plate includes terminal grooves, a recess, a gas outlet and a gas relief aperture. The terminals are disposed in the terminal grooves. The control chip is disposed in the recess. The partition plate is stacked on the bottom plate and includes an outlet opening in communication with the gas outlet and a pressure relief orifice corresponding to the gas relief aperture. The thin gas transportation device seals the gas outlet and the pressure relief orifice. The cover plate includes an opening passed through by the thin gas transportation device. The gas is transported to the outlet opening by the thin gas transportation device and sensed by the gas pressure sensor disposed in the outlet opening.
