Abstract: Provided is a fixture for automatic assembly, overturning and welding of sidewall aluminum profile of a rail vehicle, comprising a lifting mechanism, a supporting overturning device mounted on the lifting mechanism, an automatic assembling sidewall profile device mounted on the supporting overturning device, and a self-positioning locking device. The automatic assembling sidewall profile device comprises a sidewall-shaped support steel beam, and a rodless cylinder track platform and a fixing seat. The self-positioning locking devices are mounted on the rodless cylinder track platform and the fixing seat, and have a self-positioning base and a locking device. The self-positioning base comprises an outer housing is provided with the locking device and two symmetrically set self-positioning supports, and faces of the two self-positioning supports matching with the rail vehicle aluminum profile are provided with rollers having a V-shaped gap formed therebetween.

Abstract: A digital twin modeling method to assemble a robotic teleoperation environment, including: capturing images of the teleoperation environment; identifying a part being assembled; querying the assembly assembling order to obtain a list of assembled parts according to the part being assembled; generating a three-dimensional model of the current assembly from the list and calculating position pose information of the current assembly in an image acquisition device coordinate system; loading a three-dimensional model of the robot, determining a coordinate transformation relationship between a robot coordinate system and an image acquisition device coordinate system; determining position pose information of the robot in an image acquisition device coordinate system from the coordinate transformation relationship; determining a relative positional relationship between the current assembly and the robot from position pose information of the current assembly and the robot in an image acquisition device coordinate system; establishing a digital twin model of the teleoperation environment.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a Z-type heterojunction photoanode film used for the photocathode protection of a reinforcing bar, the preparation method thereof and a method for the corrosion inhibition of mental materials from concrete structures in marine engineering by using the Z-type heterojunction photoanode film used for the photocathode protection of a reinforcing bar. The preparation method includes steps of preparing Fe2O3 on the conducting surface of a clean conductive substrate through the hydrothermal process, preparing Fe2O3-PANI composite photoanode film by depositing polyaniline on the surface of Fe2O3 through the electrochemical synthesis and preparing Ru-Fe2O3-PANI composite photoanode film on the surface of the Fe2O3-PANI composite photoanode film through the in situ chemical reduction method. The technical solution in the present invention can achieve highly effective photocathode protection of a reinforcing bar from concretes in marine engineering and improve the durability of concrete structures in marine engineering.

Abstract: A three-stage degassing and dewatering device includes a first-stage degasser, a second-stage degasser, an oil drainer, a rod electrode, a dewaterer, and a water drainer. The first-stage degasser implements a first-stage axial-flow type collision buffer degassing and dewatering operation, forming a first-stage crude oil after removing some of the gas and water in the gas-containing and water-containing crude oil. The second-stage degasser implements a second-stage elevated efficient degassing operation, forming a second-stage crude oil after removing the remaining gas in the first-stage crude oil. The rod electrode constructs a dynamic electric field with a high frequency and a high voltage, and implements a third-stage high-frequency and high-voltage rapid dewatering operation together with the dewaterer, forming a qualified crude oil after removing the remaining water in the crude oil emulsion.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a catalyst capable of simultaneously removing COS and H2S in garbage gasification and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of desulfurization catalysts. The method includes the following steps: pretreating an SBA-15 molecular sieve with a templating agent unremoved, which primarily includes the steps of removing the templating agent and introducing halogen atoms to modify the molecular sieve; then synthesizing an active component solution; and finally introducing active components into channels of the pretreated molecular sieve via surface tension by adopting an impregnation method, performing washing and drying, and performing calcining under an N2 atmosphere, so as to obtain the catalyst. The catalyst prepared according to the present disclosure can load the active components in fixed positions inside and outside the channels, and the components are easy to obtain, thereby having the advantages of low cost and good desulfurization effects.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for mass production of AR diffractive waveguides. Low-cost mass production of large-area AR diffractive waveguides (slanted surface-relief gratings) of any shape. Uses two-photon polymerization micro-nano 3D printing to realize manufacturing of slanted grating large-area masters of any shape (thereby solving the problem about manufacturing of slanted grating masters of any shape on the one hand, realizing direct manufacturing of large-size wafer-level masters on the other hand, and also having the advantages of low manufacturing cost and high production efficiency). Composite nanoimprint lithography technology is employed (in combination with the peculiar imprint technique and the composite soft mold suitable for slanted gratings) to solve the problem that a large-slanting-angle large-slot-depth slanted grating cannot be demolded and thus cannot be manufactured, and realize the manufacturing of the slanted grating without constraints (geometric shape and size).
