摘要： A hydraulic circuit of an injection cylinder in a die-casting apparatus, which can achieve IN restriction and OUT restriction in a quickly switchable manner with a single circuit and which allows manufacturing of a high-quality molded product. The hydraulic circuit includes: a first pressure oil path supplying pressure oil to the injection cylinder; a second pressure oil path returning the pressure oil from the injection cylinder; a first flow control valve controlling a flow of the pressure oil through the first pressure oil path; a second flow control valve controlling a flow of the pressure oil through the second pressure oil path; a bypass pressure oil path connected to the second pressure oil path for bypassing the second flow control valve; a bypass on-off valve provided on the bypass pressure oil path and opening/closing the bypass pressure oil path with the pressure oil; and a controller controlling each valve.

摘要： An electromagnetic stirrer for stirring molten steel of the liquid core in a width-wise direction of the slab includes an iron core disposed with its length-wise axis along a width-wise direction of slab, and a plurality of exciting coils wound around the outer circumference of and about a length-wise axis of the iron core, wherein two-phase or three-phase alternating current is passed through the coils. The phases of the current in the exciting coils are distributed to impart a stirring flow to the molten that includes flow from the minor sides to the center of the slab or from one minor side to the other minor side with a reversing flow at predetermined time intervals.

摘要： When a gear of a transmission for transmitting torque of a motor to a drive shaft is shifted while an accelerator is off or an accelerator pedal is slightly stepped on, an upper limit rotation speed is set using a fluctuation rate of a value smaller than a value when the gear is not shifted, a target rotation speed of an engine is set using this upper limit rotation speed, and control is carried out so that an engine is operated at the target rotation speed. By this arrangement, when the accelerator pedal is stepped on and a large torque demand is demanded, rise of the engine rotation speed is restricted, a portion used for raising the rotation speed in power outputted from the engine is made smaller, and a larger power can be outputted to the drive shaft.
