The composition for a fuel cell bipolar plate can include about 100 parts by weight of a basic resin composition including about 10 to about 50 parts by weight of polyphenylene sulfide as a thermoplastic resin and about 50 to 90 parts by weight of a conductive filler and about 0.01 to about 30 parts by weight of a disulfide compound. The composition can improve impregnation of the conductive filler into the thermoplastic resin.

The present invention relates to a fiber reinforced nylon composition, wherein the composition includes (A) 25 to 75 parts by weight of a polyarylamide resin, (B) 25 to 75 parts by weight of a reinforcing fiber having a cross-sectional aspect ratio of 1.5 or more, and (C) an impact modifier, and the impact modifier is included in an amount of 1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a mixture of the polyarylamide resin and the reinforced fiber. According to the present invention, the fiber reinforced nylonresin composition may exhibit minimal or no warpage, can have excellent fluidity and impact resistance, and can provide high whiteness and a glossy-coating due to minimal or no surface change after dipping in boiling water.

The non-metal transfer gate electrode, the upper channel body pattern, and the lower insulating layer may be covered by an intermediate insulating layer. A metal word line may be disposed within the intermediate insulating layer to contact at least an upper surface of the non-metal transfer gate electrode. An insulating spacer may be disposed on a sidewall of the metal word line. A method for preparing a polycarbonate/polyester alloy resin composition having excellent rigidity (flexural strength) and impact resistance strength is disclosed. The method includes adding a long fiber filler to a polyester resin to form a master batch, and blending the master batch and a polycarbonate resin. A polycarbonate/polyester alloy resin composition prepared by the method exhibits high rigidity and impact strength. Thus, the resin composition can be effectively used in the production of various molded articles such as mobile communication equipment, electric and electronic parts, and the like.
