    摘要: A low pressure container type rolling piston compressor which includes a compression element, a motor element, a rotary shaft with an eccentric portion driven by the motor element, a cylinder for receiving therein the eccentric portion of the rotary shaft, a rolling piston having an inner circumference to which the eccentric portion is fitted and an outer circumference which rolls along the inner wall surface of the cylinder, a vane having an end which is in contact with the outer circumference of the rolling piston to divide the inner space of the cylinder into a high pressure chamber and a low pressure chamber, a pair of bearing plates for closing both open ends of the cylinder, a sealing container housing the above-mentioned structural elements and storing at its lower part a lubricating oil wherein a pressure in the sealing container is the same as that in the low pressure chamber and wherein an oil supplying passage is formed in either one of the pair of bearing plates for closing both open ends of the cylinder so as to communicate the low pressure chamber with the inner space of the rolling piston rolling in the cylinder.

    摘要: A vane-type compressor includes a rotor shaft that includes rotating shaft portions and a rotor portion, which are integrated with one another. A lower end of the rotating shaft is disposed in an oil reservoir. The vane-type compressor also includes vane aligners disposed at both end portions of vanes, and recess portions, which are respectively formed in a frame and a cylinder head so as to be concentric with an inner circumferential surface of a cylinder. Outer circumferential surfaces of the vane aligners are slidably supported by the recess portions. In the rotor shaft, oil supply channels, which allow communication between the oil reservoir and the recess portions of the frame and the cylinder head, and an oil pump, which supplies refrigerating machine oil in the oil reservoir to the oil supply channels, are provided.

    摘要: A refrigerant compressor includes: an electric motor including a stator and rotor inside a sealed vessel; a compressing mechanism driven by a crank shaft in the rotor; a lower portion oil pool storing in the sealed vessel lubricating oil that lubricates the compressing mechanism; an upper counterweight on an upper end of the rotor. Refrigerant gas compressed by the compressing mechanism is discharged inside the sealed vessel, passes through a gas channel formed on the electric motor, moves from a lower space to an upper space with respect to the electric motor, and is discharged outside the sealed vessel. An oil return flow channel is formed on the upper end of the rotor toward a lower end from a vicinity of a leading end portion of the upper counterweight in a direction of rotation, and oil expressed in a vicinity of the rotor is directed to the oil return flow channel.

    摘要: In a vane rotary compressor, a discharge valve on a discharge flow channel communicates an operating chamber in a compression element with a discharge hole. The discharge valve is pushed from an opening portion of a discharge valve groove to an outer circumferential surface of a roller by a high-pressure refrigerant when pressure in an operating chamber is lower than the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant. The discharge valve is pushed back into the discharge valve groove by the refrigerant pressure in the operating chamber when the pressure in the operating chamber is higher than the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant. The discharge flow channel is closed by the outer circumferential surface of the discharge valve pushed out from the opening portion of the discharge valve groove and the outer circumferential surface of the roller, and opens when the discharge valve is pushed back into the discharge valve groove.

    摘要: An enclosed motor compressor of a two cylinder type in which a clearance between the eccentric portion of the second rotary shaft and the second sub bearing is set greater than a clearance between the eccentric portion of the first rotary shaft and the first main bearing, and also there is formed a clearance between the eccentric portion of the second rotary shaft and the second main bearing, so that, even when the second rotary shaft moves in the axial direction thereof, there is eliminated the possibility that the eccentric portion of the second rotary shaft can be in touch with the second main bearing and second sub bearing in the axial direction, thereby being able to reduce noise. Also, the pair of main bearings further include, on the side of the compression elements, assembling jig mounting portions to which the assembling jig can be mounted. Due to this, when assembling the main bearings, the accuracy with which the main bearings are made parallel to each other can be improved, and thus the performance and reliability of the compressor can be improved, thereby being able to reduce noise.
