    摘要: An electric compressor integral with a drive circuit incorporates a compression mechanism section, a motor for driving the compression mechanism section, and a motor drive circuit. A refrigerant gas chamber having a refrigerant gas expansion space, into which refrigerant gas is introduced, is formed between a drive circuit installation section and a motor installation section, by a first partition wall provided on the drive circuit side and a second partition wall provided on the motor side, the side opposite the drive circuit side. The refrigerant gas chamber is interrupted by the first partition wall against the drive circuit installation section and is communicated with the motor installation section by a through hole that is provided in the second partition wall and through which the refrigerant gas can pass. Heat generating components, particularly in the drive circuit, can be easily and effectively cooled, and also on the motor installation side, cooling of the motor and lubrication of a bearing section can be easily and excellently performed.

    摘要: A variable capacity rotary compressor, including upper and lower compression chambers having different capacities, a rotating shaft passing through the upper and lower compression chambers, upper and lower eccentric cams provided on the rotating shaft, and upper and lower eccentric bushes fitted over the upper and lower eccentric cams, respectively. A slot is provided at a predetermined position between the upper and lower eccentric bushes. A locking pin, moves along the slot, to change a position of the upper or lower eccentric bush to a maximum eccentric position, and a clutch engages with the slot at a position opposite to the locking pin to thereby preventing the upper and lower eccentric bushes from slipping over the upper and lower eccentric cams, respectively.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for adjusting a volumetric flow-variable positive displacement pump in an internal combustion engine involving the following method steps: operating the positive displacement pump; delivering the fluid to the consumption points in the internal combustion engine; determining at least one characteristic value of the internal combustion engine; forwarding this characteristic value as an actual value signal to a control device; comparing the actual value signal with a predetermined set-point value; preparing an actuating signal from the difference between the actual signal and the set-point value; feeding the actuating signal to an actuator; using the actuator to alter the volumetric flow of the positive displacement according to the actuating signal; repeating the method steps until the actual value signal is equal to the set-point value.
