Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heat-resistant adhesive sheet (tape). More particularly, the invention relates to a heat-resistant adhesive sheet of high reliability and workability, in which crosslink reaction can be induced through irradiation of energy rays on an adhesive layer to achieve heat resistance at high temperature and also high dimension stability in parts, to achieve release without leaving any adhesive residues on an attached surface in releasing the layer and also to achieve no oxidation on the attached surface, e.g., a metallic surface at a high temperature. To this end, the heat-resistant adhesive sheet (tape) according to the invention is characterized by comprising a heat-resistant substrate, and an adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the heat-resistant substrate and made with a coating of liquid comprising energy ray curable olygomer resin, thermosetting adhesive resin, energy ray initiator and thermosetting agent, the adhesive layer being cured and heat resistant by irradiating energy rays to induce crosslink reaction.
Abstract:
Disclosed is radio frequency identification (RFID) middleware system and method of detecting the load of reader connections occurs during the middleware is running and balancing the load in real-time so as to minimize a decrease of the performance of the RFID middleware system. The RFID middleware system comprises: a client; a RFID middleware; RFID readers; and RFID tags, wherein the RFID middleware comprises: a middleware engine which filters tag events collected according to queries registered in the client; and a reader framework which detects the load of the connections of the RFID readers occurs while the RFID middleware is running and balances the load in real-time.
Abstract:
A developing unit includes a developer feeding unit which feeds developer to an image receptor, a casing which supports the developer feeding unit and includes a developer storing part provided in an area to face the developer feeding unit and to store the developer, and a developer feeding plate which is formed with a developer flowing hole through which the developer flows, and is provided to move between the developer storing part and the developer feeding unit.
Abstract:
A process cartridge unit and an image forming apparatus having the same. The image forming apparatus includes a main body, a process cartridge unit removably mounted in the main body, an opening provided in the main body to permit the process cartridge unit to be installed or removed, and a cover rotatably mounted to the main body so as to expose or shield the opening. The process cartridge unit includes a container to store a developer and at least one knob coupled to the container. When the cover is closed, the knob is folded by the cover, and when the cover is opened, the knob is unfolded. Accordingly, since the position of the knob is changed, a mounting space of the process cartridge unit can be decreased, and a user can easily grasp the knob.

A ceramic PCB in which a plurality of layers are stacked includes a plurality of terminals to receive an electric signal from an external source, a plurality of circuit patterns connected to the plurality of terminals to transmit the electric signal, and a termination resistor having a predetermined thickness disposed between the plurality of circuit patterns, wherein the termination resistor is mounted between the plurality of stacked layers.
Abstract:
An OLED device and a method for fabricating the same are disclosed, capable of improving yield and preventing decomposition of organic layers by moisture. An organic passivation layer having excellent morphology is applied to prevent a short circuit between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode. A Ca layer is applied to remove moisture from the inside of the device, thereby increasing the lifespan of the device. Accordingly, generation of dark sports by the short circuit caused by protrusions on a poor-morphology layer can be prevented. In addition, moisture absorbent layers are formed between the passivation layers and the partitions to remove outside moisture and the moisture outgassed from the inside, that is, partitions and organic layers, thereby elongating the lifespan of the OLED device.
Abstract:
Provided is a Vertical External Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VECSEL). The VECSEL includes a semiconductor chip, a pump laser, a narrow bandwidth polarization filter, an external mirror, and a Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) element. The semiconductor chip includes an active layer generating light having a wavelength and a reflective layer reflecting the light generated in the active layer. The pump laser emits a pump beam for exciting the active layer. The narrow bandwidth polarization filter is formed on the semiconductor chip and polarizes the light. The external mirror faces the active layer, amplifies the light emitted from the active layer by repeatedly reflecting the light toward the reflective layer, and outputs the amplified light out of the VECSEL. The SHG element is disposed between the narrow bandwidth polarization filter and the external mirror and converts the wavelength of the light.
