    摘要: The present invention relates to a non-contact transport apparatus. The non-contact transport apparatus includes a housing, and a plate which is fitted into a circular recess formed at a central portion in a lower surface of the housing. The housing is formed into a shape corresponding to the shape of a workpiece to be transported, for example, into an octagonal shape. In the plate, a plurality of nozzles are arranged radially at equal angular intervals. The nozzles include first nozzle grooves and second nozzle grooves having cross sectional areas that are determined in proportion to distances between a principal side of the housing and the nozzle and between an oblique side of the housing and the nozzle for making the flow rates of the pressure fluid through the first nozzle groove and the second nozzle groove different.

    摘要: An inner member having a supply port is installed at the inside of a housing, wherein the housing and the inner member are connected together by connecting bolts. Air is supplied to the supply port of the inner member and is directed and introduced through communication passages into an annular passage. Thereafter, the air is directed outwardly from a plurality of lead-out holes, which communicate with the annular passage, in a swirling direction with respect to an annular recess facing the workpiece. In addition, by having the air flow along the annular recess, which is formed with a substantially trapezoidal shape in cross section, the workpiece is maintained in a non-contact state with respect to a holding surface of the inner member.

    摘要: A highly-reliable, inexpensive and small-sized automatic analyzer is provided which can eliminate the need of an additional space for piercing a seal of a reagent bottle and can prevent a deviation of a reagent sampling nozzle from the position of a pierced hole. A piercing tool for piercing the seal of the reagent bottle is fitted over a nozzle of a reagent sampling mechanism, and a stripper for automatically fitting and removing the piercing tool is provided. By fitting the piercing tool for piercing the seal of the reagent bottle over the nozzle of the reagent sampling mechanism, the seal of the reagent bottle can be pierced in situ on a reagent disk by using the piercing tool. An additional space so far required for the seal piercing is no longer needed and a deviation between the seal piercing position and the reagent sampling position is prevented.

    摘要: A collector voltage of a power management semiconductor device is detected by a first comparator, and when the detected collector voltage exceeds a first reference voltage, the first comparator outputs a first detection signal. Furthermore, a gate voltage of the power management semiconductor device is detected by a second comparator, and when the detected gate voltage exceeds a second reference voltage, the second comparator outputs a second detection signal. The second reference voltage is a minimum gate voltage for feeding a rated power to the power management semiconductor device or over, and less than a line power voltage of a drive circuit of the power management semiconductor device. When both the first detection signal and second detection signal are being outputted, the gate voltage is reduced by a gate voltage reduction means so as to protect the power management semiconductor device from overcurrent and overvoltage.

    摘要: A hand held film-transferring device for transferring a film made of correction agent, fluorescent agent, or a similar film onto a surface, such as a sheet of paper. In the disclosed invention a film-transferring tape can be kept as a spare without requiring the feed reel and the take-up reel to be integrally united into a fixed set of reels as in the conventional devices, thereby reducing necessary materials and making it easy to store and carry the film-transferring tape. The improvement includes a peg attached to the leading end of the film-transferring tape and the take-up reel. The film-transferring head can be put into a position ready for film transfer by rotating the film-transferring head only 360°, thereby facilitating exchange of the film-transferring tapes.

    摘要: A case mounting mechanism for use on a pneumatic device such as a filter, a lubricator, or the like includes a plurality of first ridges projecting inwardly from an edge of an annular groove defined in a body, each of the first ridges having a recess, and a plurality of second ridges projecting outwardly from a peripheral edge of a case guard and each having a projection. The case guard surrounding a case is mounted on the body by engagement between the first and second ridges with the projection on each second ridge engaging in the recess of each first ridge. The case is of a cylindrical shape having a ridge projecting axially outwardly from a terminal end thereof and defining a fluid passage therein. The case guard fitted over the cylindrical case has a hole defined in a terminal end thereof. The case and the case guard are combined together with the ridge on the terminal end of the case being fitted in the hole, and have peripheral edges detachably fitted in the annular groove of the body.

    摘要: A drainage valve unit for use with a casing for collecting a drain includes a valve body adapated to be mounted on the casing and having a fluid passage and a chamber defined therein and communicating with each other, a valve member disposed in the fluid passage and movable axially of the fluid passage for opening and closing the fluid passage, and a pusher body disposed in the chamber and movable axially of the chamber, the pusher body being displaceable from outside of the valve body for causing the valve body to open the fluid passage to discharge the drain from the casing through the fluid passage. The valve member can reliably be moved to open the fluid passage for discharging the drain by pushing the pusher body irrespective of the pressure within the casing. When the fluid passage is opened, the drain can quickly be discharged without falling on the operator's hand and fingers.

    摘要: An automatic analyzer cleans dispensing nozzles that dispense a sample or reagent using a rinse tank. The rinse tank includes first and second rinse liquid discharge ports arranged along the bottom and top of the rinse tank, respectively. The first rinse liquid discharge ports face the top of the rinse tank. The second rinse liquid discharge ports supply rinse liquid to flow to an exterior of the dispensing nozzles when aligned therewith. Each dispensing nozzle is rinsed by moving from a first position aligned with one of the first rinse liquid discharge ports to a second position aligned with one of the second rinse liquid discharge ports.
