摘要: Provided are a battery locking/unlocking system, and an electric vehicle battery swapping control system and a control method thereof. The battery locking/unlocking system comprises a battery swapping device used for moving a battery; a lock shaft detection unit used for generating a location signal; a lock tongue control unit used for controlling a lock tongue to fall into the lock slot or retract to the outside of the lock slot; a data exchange unit separately communicates with the battery swapping device and the lock shaft detection unit. According to the battery locking/unlocking system and locking and unlocking control methods, by providing various location detection components, the battery is accurately located and locked when being loaded into a fixing base, and then accurately located and unlocked when being removed, thereby achieving full-automatic control during swapping of the battery and improving the swapping speed and success rate of the battery.

The invention does not need to lift the vehicle or dig a hole on the ground to set up the battery swapping equipment, which improves the safety of the battery swapping station and can improve the battery swapping efficiency.

摘要: A locking mechanism for a battery pack. The locking mechanism comprises a fixing piece, the fixing piece being provided with a locking space. When the battery pack is placed relative to the bracket, the locking mechanism is used to lock a connecting rod on the battery pack. The locking mechanism is provided facing the battery pack on a side of the locking space and is close to an opening of the battery pack in the vertical direction so that the connecting rod enters the opening along the vertical direction facing the bottom wall of the bracket and moves into the locking space. Thus, the complexity process of installing and fixing a battery pack are effectively reduced, and the reliability of fixation is also ensured. Also provided are a bracket assembly, an electric vehicle and a locking method for a battery pack.

摘要: Disclosed are an unlocking apparatus, a swapping device comprising same, and an unlocking control method. The unlocking apparatus is used for unlocking or locking a battery box in a battery bracket on an electric vehicle, and comprises a drive mechanism, an unlocking component, and a transmission member. The drive mechanism drives the unlocking component to move by means of the transmission member, so that the unlocking component drives a locking mechanism on the battery bracket to move to unlock or lock the battery box; the unlocking component is axially rotatable relative to the transmission member to adapt to the angle deviation between the unlocking component and the standard unlocking position on the battery bracket. The swapping device comprises the unlocking apparatus. In this way, even if there is a circumferential deviation, the unlocking component is ensured to be accurately aligned and connected.
