Abstract:
A semiconductor memory device that generates, during a test operation, a burst control signal having a short pulse in a disable time of a burst control signal by using a pulse generator to control a precharge time. Accordingly, the semiconductor memory device, when receiving a high frequency operation clock signal, can be tested without delay of a test time by using a test circuit operated synchronously with a low frequency operation clock signal.
Abstract:
An internal voltage generating apparatus for a semiconductor memory device is described herein. The internal voltage generating apparatus is configured to execute an internal voltage margin test with a small number of pads by installing a forcing pad and fuse (or switch) in an initial reference voltage generating terminal during a multi-chip product test of the DRAM to cut down expenses, and to overcome load or noise due to the forcing pad by cutting (switching off) the fuse after a wafer level test during a normal operation.
Abstract:
An apparatus for pre fetching and restoring data stored in memory cells in a semiconductor memory device includes a bit line sense amplifying unit and a control unit. The bit line sense amplifying unit senses the data stored in the memory cells in response to a bit line sense amplifier driving signal. The control unit drives the bit line sense amplifying unit before data applied on pairs of bit lines are transferred to pairs of data bus lines in response to a control signal during a pre fetching operation. Additionally, the control unit drives the bit line sense amplifying unit after data applied on the pairs of bit lines via the pairs of data bus lines is transferred to the pairs of bit lines in response to the control signal.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method is provided for controlling a stepping motor in a digital photographing apparatus, the apparatus including: a temperature measuring unit for measuring a temperature; and a digital signal processor (DSP) for determining a measured temperature driving value of the stepping motor in correspondence with the measured temperature, changing the determined driving value based on a target position to which the stepping motor is supposed to move, and outputting the changed driving value to the stepping motor. Accordingly, power consumption of image capturing apparatuses may be eventually reduced by reducing power consumption of a stepping motor by driving the stepping motor with different driving values depending on temperatures and positions thereof.
Abstract:
Provided is a method of controlling voltage levels of overall outputs in a combinational mode, in an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus that may operate in the combinational mode. A judging unit of the ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus may judge whether at least a part of individual modes included in the combinational mode exceeds a threshold determined by safety standards, in accordance with an inputted overall output voltage level control command. When it is judged that at least the part of the individual modes exceeds the threshold determined by the safety standards, an output control unit may maintain an individual output with respect to the at least the part, among the voltage levels that may be outputted from a transducer, to be below the threshold, so that the individual output may be below the standards in accordance with the overall output control command.

Abstract:
A pulse control device is maintained with a constant pulse width corresponding to a change of process or temperature. The pulse control device comprises a fuse set for selectively outputting a delay increase signal and a delay decrease signal that have a different state based on a cutting or non-cutting state of a fuse on which information on a change of process is programmed, and a pulse generator provided with a plurality of delay cells with predetermined time delay for selectively increasing or decreasing the number of the plurality of delay cells depending on the delay increase signal and the delay decrease signal to generate an internal clock with a pulse width corresponding to the number of the increased or decreased delay cells.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of preparing 3-hydroxytetrahydrofuran using cyclodehydration. More particularly, this invention relates to a method of preparing 3-hydroxytetrahydrofuran, including subjecting 1,2,4-butanetriol to cyclodehydration under reaction conditions of a reaction temperature of 30˜180° C. and reaction pressure of 5000 psig or less in the presence of a strong acid cation exchange resin catalyst having a sulfonic acid group as an exchange group. According to the method of this invention, 3-hydroxytetrahydrofuran can be economically prepared at higher yield and productivity than when using conventional methods.
