摘要: An ultrasonic detection device, including a substrate, sensing elements, a first test element, a first dummy element, at least one first common signal line, sensing signal lines, and at least one test signal line, is provided. The sensing elements, the first test element, and the first dummy element are located on the substrate. The first test element is located between the sensing elements and the first dummy element. Each of the sensing elements, the first test element, and the first dummy element includes an array of capacitive microelectromechanical ultrasonic transducers. The first common signal line is electrically connected to the sensing elements and the first test element. The sensing signal lines are electrically connected to the sensing elements. The test signal line is electrically connected to the first test element.

摘要: Techniques for orientation determination cause emitters of a multi-sensor imaging apparatus to emit a first set of ultrasound signals; measuring arrival times and amplitudes of the first set of ultrasound signals; estimating initial locations of the sensors; pointing each of the sensors towards a center mass location; fitting an initial orientation to each of the sensors and to each of the emitters using a loss function; determining a coarse model based on the initial locations of the sensors and initial locations of the emitters; calculating a new location and a new orientation for each of the sensors and each of the emitters based on the coarse model and a second set of ultrasound signals; employing a full wave inversion to generate an updated model; and determining an orientation of each of the sensors and emitters based on the updated model. Embodiments may include filtering out outlier sensor-emitter pairs.

摘要: A method of determining a position of a target using a metric comprises receiving a plurality of ultrasound signals representative of ultrasound energy received from the target and, for each of a plurality of different foci, adjusting the ultrasound signals in dependence on the focus and determining a value of the metric using the adjusted ultrasound signals. The method further comprises using the determined values for the metric for the different foci to determine a position of the target.

摘要: The invention is directed to an ultrasound probe (1) configured to be operatively coupled to a cable (10), the cable (10) comprising a plurality of lanes adapted to carry signals between the ultrasound probe (1) and a data processing unit, which is adapted to process the signals, in particular to beamform the signals and to reconstruct ultrasound images of an imaging region. The ultrasonic probe (1) comprises a transducer head comprising a plurality of transducer elements, which are adapted to insonify the imaging region according to an insonification scheme and to receive ultrasound signals, and a controller adapted to, responsive to the information of a faulty lane from a fault detection module adapted to detect integrity of each of the plurality of lanes, redistribute and/or reconfigure the signals carried by the faulty lane onto one or more of the non-faulty lanes.

摘要: A Multiple Aperture Ultrasound Imaging (MAUI) probe or transducer is uniquely capable of simultaneous imaging of a region of interest from separate apertures of ultrasound arrays. Some embodiments provide systems and methods for designing, building and using ultrasound probes having continuous arrays of ultrasound transducers which may have a substantially continuous concave curved shape in two or three dimensions (i.e., concave relative to an object to be imaged). Other embodiments herein provide systems and methods for designing, building and using ultrasound imaging probes having other unique configurations, such as adjustable probes and probes with variable configurations.

摘要: Techniques for operating an ultrasonic sensor array, the ultrasonic sensor array disposed under a platen, include making a determination whether or not to recalibrate the ultrasonic sensor array based on whether a first screen protector disposed above the platen has been removed or replaced by a second screen protector; and recalibrating the ultrasonic sensor array, when the determination is to recalibrate the ultrasonic sensor array. In some cases, the techniques include prompting a user to indicate whether or not the screen protector has been changed or removed, and recalibrating the ultrasonic sensor array only after confirmation from the user.

摘要: Sensors coupled to a vehicle are calibrated, optionally using a dynamic scene with sensor targets around a motorized turntable that rotates the vehicle to different orientations. One vehicle sensor captures a representation of one feature of a sensor target, while another vehicle sensor captures a representation of a different feature of the sensor target, the two features of the sensor target having known relative positioning on the target. The vehicle generates a transformation that maps the captured representations of the two features to positions around the vehicle based on the known relative positioning of the two features on the target.

摘要: Provided is an ultrasound imaging apparatus including a probe configured to transmit an ultrasound signal to an object along a first path and receive an echo signal reflected from the object; and a processor configured to generate a first ultrasound image representing the object, detect at least one region having low image quality among regions in the generated first ultrasound image according to a predetermined criterion, control the ultrasound signal to be transmitted along a second path by focusing the ultrasound signal at a focal point within a predetermined region of the object corresponding to the detected at least one region, and generate a second ultrasound image representing the object based on an echo signal received in response to the ultrasound signal transmitted to the object along the second path.

摘要: An ultrasound delivery system can include a console assembly having a display and a computer system, and a positioning assembly operatively connected to the console assembly. The positioning assembly can be articulable between a plurality of different configurations upon receipt of one or more instructions from the computer system. The positioning assembly can include at least one gripper mechanism configured to selective grip and release. At least one probe assembly can include an ultrasound transducer assembly, a first bolus assembly and a second bolus assembly. The first bolus assembly can have at least a different geometry than the second bolus assembly. At least a portion of the ultrasound transducer assembly can be removably positionable within each of the first bolus assembly and the second bolus assembly. At least a portion of the probe assembly can be selectively connected to gripper mechanism and moved by the positioning assembly.

摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment includes determination circuitry and generation circuitry. The determination circuitry determines whether or not a reflected wave signal received by each channel of an ultrasonic probe is saturated. The generation circuitry generates reflected wave data through a phasing addition process using an output signal for which a predetermined process corresponding to a result of the determination acquired by the determination circuitry is performed.
