The present invention provides a Fentanyl-containing percutaneously absorbable adhesive preparation, which is obtained from economic starting materials, has a constitution simpler than that of conventional ones, has sufficient skin permeability, and which permits control of skin permeability by changing the mixing ratio of two kinds of polyisobutylene having different molecular weights, a tackifier and an organic liquid. Specifically, the present invention provides a percutaneously absorbable adhesive preparation comprising a support and an adhesive layer laminated on one surface thereof, wherein the adhesive layer comprises Fentanyl, two kinds of polyisobutylene having different molecular weights, a tackifier and an organic liquid compatible with the aforementioned two kinds of polyisobutylene and the aforementioned tackifier.

A medical adhesive sheet comprising a support having a laminate structure comprising a non-porous sheet and a porous-sheet, and a pressure-sensitive layer comprising an acrylic polymer prepared by polymerizing an alkyl (meth)acrylate as a main component monomer, and an organic liquid component which is compatible with the acrylic polymer, formed on the porous sheet side of the support, the layer being subjected to a crosslinking treatment, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is embedded in the porous sheet, reaching the laminate interface between the non-porous sheet and the porous sheet. The medical adhesive sheet has improved anchoring property of its pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the support while exhibiting a good balance between adhesion to the skin and low irritation to the skin.

The present invention provides a medical adhesive tape and a tape preparation for percutaneous absorption, both having an adhesive layer that resists glue remainder and stickiness upon peeling off of the tape even after adhesion to the human skin for a long time, and a medical adhesive composition to be used for such tapes. The medical adhesive composition of the present invention includes, as essential elements, (A) a copolymer containing (a) alkyl (meth)acrylate, wherein the alkyl moiety has 4 to 18 carbon atoms, in a proportion of not less than 50 wt % of the copolymer and (b) a carboxyl group-containing vinyl compound in a proportion of 0.1 wt %–10 wt % of the copolymer, (B) an alkoxide or a chelate compound of at least a metal selected from titanium, zirconium, zinc and aluminum, and (C) a polyol compound in a proportion of 0.2 wt %–5 wt % of the aforementioned medical adhesive composition. The present invention relates to a percutaneous preparation comprising an adhesive layer formed on at least one side of a substrate, the layer containing an acrylic copolymer, 6-amino-5-chloro-1-isopropyl-2-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)benzimidazole or an acid addition salt thereof, and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole. This preparation exhibits superior percutaneous absorption of the benzimidazole compound and long sustention of efficacy, and shows an improved stability of the active ingredient, benzimidazole compound, in the preparation.

A package structure, in which a drug-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a support, a drug-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a separator in this order is packaged and sealed in a packaging material, is disclosed, wherein unevenness is provided on at least one of the surface of the support on the side in contact with the inside of the packaging material, the surface of the separator on the side in contact with the inside of the packaging material, and the inside surface of the packaging material. The unevenness reduces the contact area between the packaging material and the sheet so that an adhesive, a plasticizer or any liquid component of the adhesive layer is prevented from adhering to the inside of the packaging material. Therefore, the sheet can easily be taken out of unit package on use.
