    摘要: There is provided an analyzing apparatus including an irradiation unit irradiating a first point with a laser, a convergence unit causing an analysis target to converge at the first point, and a unit analyzing a sample gas including a substance that has been irradiated with the laser at the first point using an ion mobility sensor. One example of the convergence unit includes a unit causing the analysis target to be captured in a carrier substance in a liquid state; and a discharging unit discharging the carrier substance including the analysis target to the first point.

    摘要: In order to inhibit or prevent a pattern abnormality such as the deformation or misalignment of a pattern of a semiconductor integrated circuit device, a light intensity is calculated based on the pattern data DBP of a mask and the aberration data DBL of a lens of a pattern exposure device (step 101) and then the results of the light intensity calculation is compared with the results of the light intensity calculated on condition that the lens of the pattern exposure device has no aberration (step 102), and then a pattern data exceeding an allowable level, of the pattern data of the mask, is corrected according to the amount of correction calculated on the basis of the results of the comparison such that the pattern data does not exceed the allowable level (step 104). The mask is manufactured by using the mask making data DBM after the correction and then is mounted on the pattern exposure device to transfer a predetermined pattern to a semiconductor wafer.

    摘要: Disclosed are a photo-semiconductive electrode that has a high light-to-electricity conversion efficiency and excellent stability and can be prepared economically and easily, and a photo-electric cell using the photo-semiconductive electrode. The photo-electric cell comprises a photo-semiconductive electrode having an electroconductive base and a light-to-electricity conversion layer formed thereon, and a counter electrode, such that the photo-semiconductive electrode and the counter electrode contact an electrolyte, wherein the light-to-electricity conversion layer holds an organic pigment. In the photo-electric cell, the photo-semiconductive electrode and the counter electrode are used integrally and disposed so that these electrodes contact the electrolyte. The organic pigment suited for use in the layer is selected from the group consisting of: phthalocyanine pigment such as titanyl phthalocyanine, chlorogallium phthalocyanine and hydroxygallium phthalocyanine; and naphthalocyanine pigments.
