    摘要: Multilevel pattern registration is achieved by modifying the shape of an exposure pattern according to deviation of the shape of a microlithographically defined pattern due to distortion produced on a substrate. A substrate to be exposed is pretreated in a given manner. The substrate is photographed to obtain image data (1). Processing for extracting feature points is performed from the image data. Results of the extraction of feature points and design pattern data to be exposed are compared (2). Processing for detecting amounts of deviations is performed (3). Using results of the processing for detecting amounts of deviations, processing for modifying shapes of images in the design pattern data is performed (4). The images obtained by the results of the processing for modifying the shapes of the images are produced as an exposure pattern by an exposure image generator (5). The exposure pattern is exposed onto the exposed substrate (6).

    摘要: There are provided a semiconductor integrated device capable of achieving stable high-speed data transfer through a differential pair of signal lines and electronic equipment including the semiconductor integrated device. In a signal-transmission period in which current is driven through one of first and second signal lines forming a differential pair, current from a constant current source is caused to flow through a current path to one of a DP pad and DM pad. Current is caused to flow into a DA pad in a period other than the signal-transmission period. A layout arrangement of the current paths from a node ND to which current from the constant current source is supplied to the DP pad and the DM pad is symmetrical. The DA pad is disposed between the DP pad and the DM pad.

    摘要: There is provided a signal detection circuit capable of detecting a signal at a high speed having small amplitude, and a data transfer control device and electronic equipment using the same. The signal detection circuit includes a peak hold circuit, a constant potential setting circuit, and a comparison circuit. The peak hold circuit holds a peak value of an input signal at a given node. The constant potential setting circuit always returns the potential at the given node changed by holding the peak value by the peak hold circuit to a constant potential at a time constant greater than the potential change caused by holding the peak value. The comparison circuit compares the potential at the node at which the peak value is held and which is slowly returned to the constant potential with a given reference level, and outputs the comparison result as a detection signal.

The first voltage and the second voltage are inputted into, respectively, the first and second input electrodes of the second MOS type transistor, and the input signal voltage is inputted into the first and second input electrodes of the first MOS transistor, and thereby, the absolute value of the difference between a voltage determined in accordance with the first voltage and the second voltage and a coupling capacity ratio between the first and the second input electrodes with respect to the gate electrode, and a voltage determined by the input signal voltage and the coupling capacity ratio is calculated.

    摘要: In an electronic musical instrument there are provided a channel processor which assigns tone production of a depressed key to one of musical tone producing channels which are smaller in number than total keys. The keys and channels are divided into groups respectively so that keys of one group are assigned to channels of a specific group. The relationship that which key group corresponds to which channel group is changed by an assignment mode changing circuit. Also a switch is provided for selecting a performance mode which switches the operation of the assignment mode changing circuit. Consequently, in one a performance mode all tone production channels are used solely by an upper or lower keyboard or key range while under another performance mode only some of the tone production channels are utilized for a particular keyboard or key range and the remaining tone production channels are utilized by the other keyboard or key range. Colors of musical tones produced by the tone production channels are switched according to the mode of tone production assignment.
