    摘要: The invention discloses a charging method in PoC service so as to solve the problem that a Push to talk over Cellular (PoC) user's speech priority setting is not limitation and thereby causes the priority policy loses its speech scheduling capability in the prior art. The method disclosed in the present invention includes the following processes: after a speech of a user is completed, the PoC server logs charging information and a speech priority of the user, and uploads the charging information and the speech priority to a charging system; the charging system charges the user in accordance with the charging information and a charging rate corresponding to the speech priority.

    摘要: Traffic demands are routed across links of an information network so as to avoid congestion and allow for future traffic growth. Traffic demands from a source node to a destination node of the network are monitored, including bandwidths associated with each of the demands. For each demand, and for a given link of the network, that portion of the bandwidth associated with each traffic demand which is provided by the given link, is determined. A maximum value of link utilization among all links of the network is then determined, wherein link utilization is defined as the amount of bandwidth used by all traffic demands routed through a given link with respect to a total capacity of the link. Traffic demands are then routed across the links of the network in such a manner as to minimize the maximum value of link utilization.

    摘要: An improved process for the commercial production of malononitrile by the dehydration of cyanoacetamide employs cyanuric chloride in the presence of a catalytic amount of N,N-dimethylformamide and in a polar solvent that is removed by vacuum distillation at a temperature below 100° C. The N,N-dimethylformamide is added in a molar ratio of 0.16 moles for each mole of cyanoacetamide present in the starting solution.

    摘要: The various technologies presented herein relate to various hybrid phononic-photonic waveguide structures that can exhibit nonlinear behavior associated with traveling-wave forward stimulated Brillouin scattering (forward-SBS). The various structures can simultaneously guide photons and phonons in a suspended membrane. By utilizing a suspended membrane, a substrate pathway can be eliminated for loss of phonons that suppresses SBS in conventional silicon-on-insulator (SOI) waveguides. Consequently, forward-SBS nonlinear susceptibilities are achievable at about 3000 times greater than achievable with a conventional waveguide system. Owing to the strong phonon-photon coupling achievable with the various embodiments, potential application for the various embodiments presented herein cover a range of radiofrequency (RF) and photonic signal processing applications. Further, the various embodiments presented herein are applicable to applications operating over a wide bandwidth, e.g. 100 MHz to 50 GHz or more.
