Abstract: A display assembly and an electronic apparatus are provided. The display assembly includes: a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other; a liquid crystal layer between them; a first part including a first light shielding portion, a second light shielding portion and an electrochromic portion; and a second part, including a third light shielding portion, a fourth light shielding portion and a transparent portion, wherein the first part is arranged on a side of the first substrate facing towards the second substrate; wherein the second part is arranged on a side of the second substrate facing towards the first substrate; and wherein a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer are arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate and configured to adjust states of liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer.
