    Abstract: An array substrate and a display device incorporating the array substrate are disclosed. The array substrate comprises a first material layer located on a thin film transistor, the first material layer having a first via hole; a conductive interlayer located on the first material layer, the conductive interlayer being electrically connected with the drain of the thin film transistor through the first via hole; and a second material layer located on the conductive interlayer, the second material layer having a second via hole staggered with the first via hole. A pixel electrode is located on the second material layer. The conductive interlayer is electrically connected with the pixel electrode through the second via hole, so as to form a storage capacitance with a common electrode. The array substrate has an increased storage capacitance and provides the display device with improved display stability, pixel opening ratio, and display quality.

    Abstract: A discharge circuit, a discharge method, and a display device are disclosed. The discharge circuit includes a switch sub-circuit and a discharge control sub-circuit. The switch sub-circuit is configured to: receive a control signal, in which the control signal is determined by a working state of a display device, output a first voltage signal as a discharge input signal when the control signal has a first polarity, and output a second voltage signal as the discharge input signal when the control signal has a second polarity; and the discharge control sub-circuit is configured to: receive the discharge input signal from the switch sub-circuit; and generate and output a discharge control signal according to the discharge input signal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an unlocking method, a device for touch screen terminal and a touch screen terminal. The method includes: performing a touch unlocking operation to an unlocking unit, wherein the unlocking unit is at least one active area corresponding to the unlocking operation and provided on the touch screen with an area smaller than that of the entire screen; and when the touch screen terminal is in a non-service state, the active area is in a service state or a standing by state; when detecting the touch unlocking operation, generating an unlocking request signal; and providing an unlocking operation interface according to the unlocking request signal. Therefore, the unlocking operation does not depend on a physical key any more, which allows a light and thin profile and a simple and clear appearance, and reduces damage ratio of terminal's components, and at the same time the non-entire screen unlocking operation interface is advantageous for low power consumption requirement on the touch screen.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a liquid crystal panel, a liquid crystal display and a method for manufacturing the same. The liquid crystal panel comprises: a color filter substrate; an array substrate; a piezoelectric material spacer disposed between the color filter substrate and the array substrate; one signal line disposed between the color filter substrate and the piezoelectric material spacer; and another signal line disposed between the piezoelectric material spacer and the array substrate, wherein the two signal lines respectively contact a color filter substrate side surface and an array substrate side surface of the piezoelectric material spacer, a projection of the signal line at the color filter substrate side onto the array substrate side surface of the piezoelectric material spacer intersects with the signal line at the array substrate side, and the two signal lines are insulated from each other, and it can realize a touch panel with integrated functions and self-applied power source while maintaining the thickness of the liquid crystal cell and which have such advantages as high transmittance, simple structure, low manufacturing costs, high precision and long service life.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and apparatus for pixel drive control, a display panel and a storage medium. The method includes generating a drive control signal based on display data of target columns of sub-pixels and corresponding target display brightnesses. The drive control signal includes sub-drive control signals having at least two duty cycles. The method includes controlling a pixel drive circuit to output a corresponding pixel drive signal based on the drive control signal. The pixel drive signal includes sub-drive signals having at least two duty cycles corresponding to respective sub-drive control signals. Embodiments of the present disclosure enables different rows of sub-pixels to be driven by signals having different duty cycles, thereby achieving adjustment of charging time for different rows of sub-pixels, to reduce charging difference for rows of sub-pixels and enable their display brightnesses to become uniform.
