    摘要: Provided is a pre-emphasis circuit which transmits a pre-emphasis output current to an output node of an output driver in response to first to fourth pre-emphasis control signals generated by a logical operation on differential input signals. The pre-emphasis circuit includes: a first pre-emphasis circuit driven in a range between a first voltage and a second voltage and configured to generate a first pre-emphasis output current in response to the first and second pre-emphasis control signals and output the generated first pre-emphasis output current to a first output node of the output driver; and a second pre-emphasis circuit driven in the range between the first voltage and the second voltage and configured to generate a second pre-emphasis output current in response to the third and fourth pre-emphasis control signals and output the generated second pre-emphasis output current to a second output node of the output driver.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are core-shell type nanoparticles comprising nanoparticle cores made of a metal or semiconductor, and shells made of crystalline metal oxide formed on the surfaces of the nanoparticle cores, as well as a preparation method thereof. According to the disclosed invention, the core-shell nanoparticles, consisting of metallic or semiconductor cores and crystalline metal oxide shells, can be prepared by epitaxially growing metal oxide on the surfaces of the metallic or semiconductor nanoparticle cores. By virtue of the crystalline metal oxide shells, the core nanoparticle made of metal or semiconductor can ensure excellent chemical and mechanical stability, and the core-shell nanoparticles can show new properties resulting from the interaction between the metal cores and the metal oxide crystal shells.

    摘要: A crystal liquid display and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The liquid crystal display includes upper and lower substrates facing each other, a thin film transistor, a pixel electrode, and a passivation layer. The thin film transistor is provided at an intersection of a gate line and a data line on the lower substrate, and the gate line and the data line cross at right angles. The pixel electrode is provided in a pixel area defined by the gate line and the data line. The passivation layer covers the entire surface of the lower substrate, and includes an opening having an elevation difference surface on a predetermined portion thereof. A concave-convex pattern is provided along the elevation difference surface of the opening.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display and a pre-charging method thereof for pre-charging data lines using a ESD circuit to simplify a circuit configuration are provided. In the method, video lines receiving video signals are floated in a pre-charge interval of time. A pre-charge voltage is supplied to the video lines floated via a static electricity proof circuit connected to the video lines. The pre-charge voltage on the video line is pre-charged by a demultiplexer for making a time-divisional driving of the data lines in a video charge interval of time.

    摘要: The seat folding device of a vehicle includes a seat frame that linearly slides along an anteroposterior direction of the vehicle on a guide rail fixed to a floor panel of the vehicle. Two folding brackets are pivotally coupled at a front middle portion of the seat frame. A tilting bracket is coupled at the lower surface thereof to one end of the folding bracket by a hinge. A seat cushion is disposed at an upper side of the tilting bracket. The present invention thus constructed prevents deterioration of the appearance of the seat device and optimizes the stability of the vehicle, convenience of the user and marketability of the vehicle.
