Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of tissue dissection. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to medical devices that lift and retract tissue during a dissection procedure to improve visualization of the target tissue and mitigate obstructions for dissection tools. In particular, the present disclosure relates to devices that transition from a constrained to an unconstrained bowed configuration to immobilize and retract the dissected portion of target tissue during a dissection procedure.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for connecting tubes to an endoscope. A connector for connecting tubing, such as gas/lens wash tubing, to fluid ports of an endoscope may include a first end that couples with the tubing and a second end for engaging fluid ports of an endoscope. The connector may have a stabilizing component configured to facilitate securing the second end to the endoscope. In some cases, the connector may include a device coupling member configured to couple to the endoscope and a core structure adding stability to the device coupling member and configured to couple to the tubing. In some cases, the stabilizing component may include an actuator and a retention component that adjusts in response to actuation of the actuator.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, systems, and methods for tissue resection in a body lumen of a patient, and may include an elongate body having a cavity at a distal end and a tissue retractor extendable distally from the distal end of the elongate body. The tissue retractor may include an expansion mechanism. The expansion mechanism may include a plurality of arms each having a first end coupled around a distal cap and expandable radially outward from the distal cap such that an anchoring mechanism on a second end of the arms is engageable with selected tissue for resection of the body lumen. The tissue resection device may further include a tissue resecting device.

Abstract: Various embodiments are generally directed to fluid container enclosure systems that couple with a fluid container and enable different systems, such as endoscopic systems, to access the contents of the fluid container, such as via a tubing set. The enclosure systems are configured to fit a wide range of fluid container necks, ports, or other openings, including various opening dimensions and thread finishes. In one embodiment, an enclosure system may include a plug having a sleeve extending therefrom. The plug may be deformed manually or via a plunger system to reduce the outer dimension thereof to fit the plug in the neck of a fluid container. Once the plug is arranged within the neck, the sleeve may be folded down over an outer surface of the neck to form or reinforce a seal between the enclosure system and the neck of the fluid container. Other embodiments are described.

Abstract: In one aspect of the present disclosure, a tissue retraction system may include a first anchor, a second anchor, and an elongate coupling member extending between the first anchor and the second anchor. The system also may include a holder for receiving the first anchor, the second anchor, and the elongate coupling element. The holder may include a proximal portion and a distal portion. The distal portion may have a smaller width than the proximal portion such that the distal portion exerts a force on a proximal end of the first anchor during deployment of the first anchor from the holder. The force may move the first anchor into an open configuration for receiving tissue.
